- The garage has been converted into a fun-filled game room, complete with a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of seating for game night or movie marathons

* Second floor:

Guests have full access to the entire unit. The house has a keypad and we will send you details of key code prior to arrival.

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

The house has private access to the beach, which is just few steps away.

We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd party company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters and storms.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.

***Visitors
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

The island is golf cart friendly. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island.

Kure Beach / Carolina Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic ocean with white sand beaches..great for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing & kite surfing.

The Fort Fisher Strip has everything you need to have a great time!
