Just returned from a weeks stay with my family of 14. House was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for all. Great location. Beach is very wide, not crowded. Definitely recommend staying at View to Sea. Sue

A VIEW TO SEA is a true gem on Carolina Beach. You have a beautiful view of the beach from the house. The pool, hot tub and the space around the se areas provide ample room for all of your family or group to enjoy. There are plenty of shaded areas to cool off. The game room on the bottom floor is easily accessed from your private outdoor pool area as well as the street entrance and two garages. It is a perfect spot for a large family or group with clean large bedrooms with private full bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again !

Amazing property

This property had everything you could ever need for a fun beach vacation, down to pool toys for the kids, beach chairs, and even spices for cooking. Beautiful house and comfy beds. Will def be back!

This home was exactly what we needed for our family. Having an on suite for each bedroom was really a great bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, lots of spices already there! 2 dishwashers were great for our family of 13!!We spent most of our time outdoors either in the pool, hot tub or ocean. All were enjoyable. It has a great set up with the outside hose to wash the sand from the beach and also an outdoor shower to use and direct access to the basement where there is a bathroom so you don't have to go through the house all wet/sandy. The basement was all set up for anyone who likes games from ping pong, bags, hockey (?) etc. and an extra refrig! There was even fishing poles for the guys to try their hand at getting supper from the ocean, It didn't work but they had a great time trying!! The views were amazing from the decks that you could sit and have coffee in the am and just watch the ocean/birds/people walking the beach. We even saw some dolphins. If we had a question or an issue Jim was very quick to respond. IF we ever come back this way will definitely rebook this home.

What a fabulous week we had! There are sixteen of us in our family now ranging in age from 2 to 81. The main floor living area of the house was so perfect and roomy for all of us to be together for dinners and watching movies or playing music and games. This is the first house we've rented that has been so perfect on the main floor. It supported and encouraged the times we all wanted to hang out together. We celebrated three birthdays. We took turns cooking dinner five of seven nights. Right on the beach we enjoyed being able to sit on the beach and dig in the sand, and body surf in the ocean or lounging in and around the pool and the deck. Some of us fished on the beach, at pier, and deep sea. We ate great local seafood all week, grouper, shrimp, crab and more. Had some great seafood at various restaurants for some lunches and two dinners. View to the Sea is well equipped for the kitchen and and beach. Two of our younger grandchildren even enjoyed flying kites on the beach. Jim is a great communicator and was from beginning to end. Quick to respond to questions. The seven bedrooms provided for our needs well. We've been having our family beach week every other year at Carolina Beach since 2010. View to the Sea helped make this our best family beach week ever. We highly recommend!

House was perfect for our group! The path to the beach on the side of the house was my favorite. Seeing the sun rise there was amazing! Kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. Kitchen was laid out perfectly for our needs! We totally loved the full pantry to the side of the kitchen. 2 things really stood out as not so great. The dishwasher on the right did not work and I felt the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Other that that! Perfect!

Big birthday weekend

I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved that most rooms had king size beds. Enough dishes for our large group but needs more glassware unless you like drinking wine and beer from solo cups. That would be me only complaint. Everything else was amazing and Jim was easy to work with.

Fabulous!!

The perfect house on the ocean to stay with extended family or friends. It had everything we could have ever wanted and everything we needed. Our stay was to celebrate our graduating Seahawk and the house was the perfect for our big extended family to stay and have their own privacy while still all being together. The game room, the pool, hot tub and ocean were the big hits!! The owner, Jim, was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We highly recommend!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What a great house!

LOVED this beach house! We are a group of women friends in our late 60s who have gotten together for an annual weekend for almost 20 years, and this was our favorite house by far! Feels brand-new, scrupulously clean, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, with every amenity you could ask for. The owner was super responsive when we had questions before we went, and the management company fixed one small issue (our fault) within an hour, even on a Sunday morning. Fully operational hot tub, pool and elevator as advertised (not the case in every house we've been to) and a perfect location. We will definitely go back!

Stayed for the week with 16 family members although a few had to leave a couple of days early. House was beautiful and well kept; in very good shape...I would guess less than 5 years old. Very spacious accomodations. Pictures on website are pretty much-what-you-see-is-what-you-get! Floor plan seemed strategic...we could be close together in the large living room or find places to be alone (when needed) and all of the bedrooms were secluded either by a hallway or other type of room. Property Manager, Mr Kitts, was very responsive to texts with questions. One small issue with a broken ice maker; was unable to get it fixed while we were there, but we felt due diligence was done on their part to assess the situaton and try to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. We survived with one trip to the store for 4-5 bags of ice and had some left over. The view of the surf from the house was obscured due to the high dunes, even from the top level, but not much anyone could do about that; the ocean is still visible however. The private walkway to the beach exits to the public beach access path. There was a sharp drop-off from the public beach access path down to the beach. It was a little tenuous at best. Each morning there were beach chairs and umbrellas prepared, waiting for us to use. Poor kid had to set them up one morning in a driving rain. We really appreciated all of the work behind the scenes to get the house ready for us. We plan on returning next year.Jeff: Jamestown, NC
