Maison moderne en bord de mer avec ascenseur

Le Sand Box est une rare maison moderne en bord de mer à Kure Beach. La maison a été savamment agrandie et rénovée au cours de la dernière année, la laissant dans un état comme neuf. La maison est très bien construite avec un bruit amorti entre les pièces.

Les vues sont spectaculaires et le bruit des vagues vous plongera dans un profond état de détente!

Vous êtes suffisamment proche de l'activité mais vous pouvez vous éloigner de tout!

La maison a 5 chambres, 5. 5 salles de bain. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative.

Best Beach House

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beach house for a week! The house is very spacious and well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Our family was thrilled to see a Blackstone grill there and it was wonderful for a number of our meals. We have stayed at numerous rentals, but this one exceeds them all. In fact, we have already booked it for next summer and can't wait to all gather there again!

Luxury Beach House

This is the most wonderful beach house we’ve ever rented! The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever imagine.The owners have thought of and provided everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great as expected

I picked this beautiful home after looking at dozens of oceanfront homes in Carolina and Kure Beach. All 5 star reviews, all saying this home was better than expected. Mine too is five starts. Modern kitchen so well layed out with all cabinets labeled. Great pantry, Dining table overlooking ocean. Family room overlloking ocean with large TV. Everything modern. Two amazing porches, outdoor seating and eating places. Ocean steps away. Multiple hose/shower to get sand off everything. Shade structures and chairs for the beach. Master bedroom as good as any anywhere. Nest thermostats. Beautiful fllors. bedrooms far enough apaprt to ensure privacy. Everything well-maintained. Nice den perfect for games too. Internet was a little spotty at times, though planned updates for simpler TV system will be great. Owner was highly receptive, professional and nice. This is a great location, on a quiet section of beach, but so close to everyone and everything. We. Will. Be. Back. Thank you.

Perfect family getaway!

House was so well stocked! Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Our 5 adult children had a blast cooking meals with great views of the ocean! House location was terrific.

Lovely oceanfront home

This is my second time booking this home. I wanted to get the family together for a relaxing vacation, and this property is perfect for that. The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the open living/ kitchen/dining area provide plenty of space to gather. We also liked that each bedroom had their own on suite bathroom. The decks overlooking the ocean are great for watching the sun rise. The home is well stocked, with beach chairs, kitchen supplies and toiletries. Kure Beach pier is within walking distance. Kerri was great, as she was the first time, and I would not hesitate to book this home again

Great Oceanfront Property

My family and I had a wonderful time at Kure Beach and this house was just right for us. It was well-furnished and very comfortable. Loved having the elevator to unload our things! This may be picky (which I am!) but the bedrooms on the main level could use a brighter light bulbs for reading in bed and that's easily remedied. The house was very clean, and we did not need to contact the owner for anything! I think that about says it all. Highly recommend this property.

This was a beautiful home at a great location. The owners provided the little extras in the home that were greatly appreciated. Great house at Kure Beach

Beautiful clean property. We loved our stay here. Such gorgeous views and so convenient to be right on the beach. Any questions we had were answered promptly . No problems at all. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Kure Beach Redux

Beautiful home right on Kure beach! White glove clean with all linens and many amenities included like initial bathroom items, soaps and cleaners. The sound system with Alexa is amazing and the deck views can't be beat. The kitchen is very well appointed as we cooked in each day! The beach location is very nice, wide, with plenty of room at both high and low tides. Definitely check out this gem on Kure Beach.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful, so close to the beach. The views were amazing especially the master bedroom. We could watch pelicans and seagulls fly right by. Very well stocked, the pantry was very helpful and plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. We cooked in most nights. We loved our stay and hopefully can return

Beautiful property with everything you need

The house was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. Kitchen was fully stocked, just like home. Our family was ages 7-83 and everyone was pleased. Brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and Shabumi were on the porch. Having the elevator was key for our mom. Area is very quiet, private. Cool little den for the kids to watch tv and play video games. Owner was very prompt with communication before and during our visit. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and location

Stayed at this home on Kure Beach 7 years ago and loved it so much chose it again for a family reunion. House is well maintained, perfect for big family with each bedroom having a bathroom. Beach location is beautiful and the weather always seems to cooperate. Close to many attractions if desired or just stay put at the beach!

Perfect Family Beach House

This beautiful, modern beach house was a perfect vacation spot for our family--ages 2 to 85. Plenty of room and right on the beach. Spectacular view and great location. Plus the host delightful--always quick to respond to questions. Upon walking into the house, my mother summed it up best: "This place is worth every penny you paid for it!"

This property was underrepresented in the listing pictures, in my opinion. This property was beyond our expectations! The house was clean and modern. The service delivered sealed linens so you knew they were fresh and clean. Amble kitchen accessories, extra cutlery to crockpot she had it all! An extra beverage refrigerator was a great bonus to keep drinks cooled. Kerri was very responsive. Great location, great beach! Plenty of parking available. Views were stunning!

True to Five Star Ratings

The water was too cold to go in and it was even unpleasant sitting on the sand, so we were very glad to have such a nice house to enjoy for the week. We spent a lot of time on the porches, enjoying the beautiful view, comfortable furniture and the grill. Our kids had to work some so it was nice to have plenty of space to spread out. We are foodies and cooked a lot and appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. Owner was very responsive. Wonderful experience.

Dream Beach Home

We had an amazing time! This was a special treat for my family to enjoy the area one more time before we moved on to other vacation destinations. The ocean view was stunning especially from the master on the top floor. The home was very clean and check-in was a breeze. We loved the neighborhood and went to Havana's 3 nights in a row for their delicious food! Wilmington was a delightful surprise especially their lively nightlife. Take the ghost tour, eat at Rebellion, visit Black Cat and pickup some amazing fudge at the shop a couple doors down. (you won't regret it) Oh, and listen to Mysterious Radio on Apple Podcasts to pass the time on your way in to pass the time. You're welcome.
