Welcome to Seas the Day, a custom built 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home, just a block to the beach!

As you enter the first floor of this beautiful home you will find a cozy living space which has a seating area, large flat screen TV, butlers kitchen, fridge, sink and coffee bar for your convenience. Directly off this room are two bedrooms. A king suite and a bunk room with a full bed and twin size bed on top.
As your eyes lead you through the room you will see that it opens onto the spectacular back yard, where you will find a beautiful heated pool, private outdoor shower, lounge chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and a outdoor kitchen complete with grill, sink and fridge!

The second floor of this home is where all of the living space is. The living, dining and kichen are all one great room which is perfect for families to gather. The living room is a cozy space with ample seating, a flat screen TV and a propane fireplace surrounded by two window seats, perfect for curling up and reading a book!

This kitchen and dining area are huge. This dream kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Plenty of counter space, custom quartz with gorgeous tile backsplash. The island seats four and the extra large dining table will hold the whole family! A large walk in pantry and beautiful wet bar with beverge fridge complete this space. There is a king size bedroom with a full ensuite bath off of the living area as well. A full laundry room is also on this floor with a half bath. Sliders with a back deck with acess to the pool are here as well.

The third floor of this home is where you will find the three additional bedrooms and family room. The primary bedroom with it's spectacular ensuite overlooks the backyard. A king size bed, flat screen TV, a walk in shower, deep soaking tub, double vanities and huge walk in Californina closet, and seperate toilet room.
The other two bedrooms are located directly off the family room, one is a queen size bed and the other a full bed. There is a full bath up here as well with a tub, shower combo.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets and even large beach towels.
We have parking for 5 cars.
