Upgraded Condo steps to the beach

Step into your dream vacation at Del Mar with our elegantly renovated and spacious condo, `Del Mar Dream`. Filled with natural light, this casual yet chic beach condo exudes a warm, inviting ambiance. Located merely a block away from the beautiful Del Mar beach, you`ll also find the charming Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District within walking distance.

Among our recent renovations are a brand-new kitchen, fresh flooring and paint, a cozy fireplace, and a well-equipped laundry room. These thoughtful improvements culminate in a fantastic space for guests to gather and connect.

`Del Mar Dream` comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with extra space available on the sofa. An infant or toddler can be easily catered for with a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with two sinks, while the luxurious master bath features a shower stall and the guest bath offers a shower/tub combination. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your gastronomic adventures, and we provide beach equipment to enhance your fun-filled days on the shore.

Nestled on the 2nd floor, this end unit offers a single-level layout within. An elevator (in addition to stairs) ensures effortless access.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the condo. I am readily available for any inquiries via text or phone, and as I reside in the building, I am always on hand to assist as needed.

The Beach Colony is a highly desirable area, cherished for its close proximity to the beach and easy strollability. The terrain is flat, making the area easily navigable for all ages.

Transportation options include private cars and Uber/Lyft services, although many attractions are within walking distance.
If traveling with 5th or 6th person, sleeping would be on the couch or in a pack-n-play. You can double up in the full size beds, but it would be tight for adults.
Costa del Rey is a smoke free property. If you do smoke, please do so off property and dispose of your cigarettes properly.
If you are traveling with a dog, please clean up their waste and dispose of in trash bins.
