Cette maison privée est situé dans le charmant quartier Del Mar Beach Colony. Étapes vers les plages de sable blanc, avec tours de surveillance dotées de personnel et les installations de toilettes bien entretenues.

Situé sur un cul-de-sac avec des voisins amicaux cette belle maison privée est parfait pour les familles ou petits groupes. U-verse TV & WIFI, Apple TV, et le son surround stéréo sans fil intérieur / extérieur -all inclus! Notre maison a également l'air conditionné qui est une belle luxe à Del Mar.
La cour clôturée est vraiment l'endroit pour divertir - un bain à remous à tremper et se détendre dans un grand barbecue et un réfrigérateur en plein air, système de son sans fil pour écouter toute votre musique préférée que vous dînez à l'extérieur et beaucoup de place pour les enfants à jouer et pour vous divertir sans se sentir à l'étroit. Il est une promenade facile à la plage, ou dans la rue pour les boutiques et restaurants uniques à Del Mar. Grands becs de surf à distance de marche!
La maison dispose de 3 chambres -

Nous le gardons entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour une journée à la plage (serviettes, des planches de bodyboard, plus fraîches, des chaises longues, des seaux et des jouets) ainsi que d'un panier super cool pour transporter tout cela sans tracas. Après votre journée à la plage, douche sur le sable dans la douche extérieure et de mettre votre planche de surf dans notre crémaillère!

Tout comme notre maison, Del Mar a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Célèbre pour ses plages, parc des expositions et le Del Mar Thoroughbred Club 'Où le gazon rencontre le surf', il ya beaucoup d'autres raisons qui font Del Mar si spécial. Torrey Pines State Park est à 5 miles sur la route et est un bel endroit pour la randonnée toute l'année. Son situé au centre de nombreuses favori de San Diego destinations incontournables -Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, Sea World & Zoo SD sont durs tout court (20-30 min) et Disneyland est un lecteur 2h. Grande surf, soleil, côte pittoresque, plages de sable blanc, le tennis, la gastronomie, les courses de chevaux, et le golf de classe mondiale -Del Mar va garder tous vos amis / famille entièrement divertir.

Total Heaven!

Classic beach house; recently renovated. All modern appliances; well stocked; great spa; nice neighborhood; lots of TVs! And our host Stephanie was always available and very accommodating. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful stay! Great home with every amenity we needed for young kids, including a pack n play. Great location, just a couple blocks from the beach in one of the best Del Mar neighborhoods, and house has an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate. Home is one house away from the train track, though surprisingly quiet and quick (trains pass by in a couple seconds), this was not at all a noise issue for us, even with young kids. We had a great stay and plan to rent this home again when we’re back in town.

Great updated property

Updated home less than 2 blocks from the beach. We had a great time with 2 families. Hot tub was great after beach days. Kitchen has everything you need. 80s arcade games were a blast for all. Would return again if in Del Mar in the future!

Quintessential beach house!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s … but nothing has ever compared to this property. The house was immaculate, well stocked with all linens, sundries, etc. and very well maintained - inside and out! The list of amenities just goes on and on! The beach gear was thorough and included everything one could possibly want to take to the beach. Stephanie was attentive and approachable and quick to offer suggestions/recommendations. We loved this house and will come back over and over!

Beach House in Del Mar

My family and a few friends had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Some excellent amenities include a hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining table, outdoor shower, and a garage full of beach toys. The owner was very attentive to our needs.

Property ID 571077 DELMAR

Chipped bowls Stained old looking towels The VRBO description says "Guest room has a queen bed with new posturepedic pillow top mattress" -It is a far cry from the truth. The "Pillow top" is a stained foam piece and the "new mattress" has a huge blood stain. We didn't inspect the master bedroom's mattress-because we slept in there and were afraid of what we might find. Filthy trashed wood floors-our children's socks were black Broken window blinds in the master bath-we were unable to use that bathroom. Anyone could see in the house. The shower handle in the hall bathroom falls off. Hot tub cover is torn. We did not use the hot tub. One light is burned out in the hall bathroom. The tile in the hall bathroom shower has several cracks. The wood deck out back needs to be refinished. The toys in the "garage" were filthy, basketball was flat. The outdoor lights come on and stay on until 11 pm. They are so bright we could not block the light in the master bedroom where all of us slept. The slat was coming off under one of the top bunk beds. We did not use that room. Corners of the wicker chair in the front room was chipped. The listing says parking for 4 cars. No way! The listing says outdoor fridge-it is only available to the homeowner.

Perfect for girls weekend

Seven of us ladies stayed at Stephanie's house and it worked out great. The location is excellent and very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive. Great experience.

Good beach proximity

This home is cozy and a bit older but it is a very low traffic street and very close to the best beach entrance! We had a great time over Christmas and the host is very responsive and accessible if needed.

Nice little beach house, walking distance to beach, driving distance to shops/restaurants and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect location. Just an FYI (because I didn't realize prior to) the property is very close to train tracks. It wasn't super disturbing but just good to know if it might impact your decision. I probably would stay again even with the train as it didn't run through the night and wasn't super loud. Property owners were very responsive and no issues. Solid A.

Great Del Mar House Near the Beach

Wonderful stay and very responsive owner. The house is a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. All amenities in the house, including a fully stocked kitchen. The house has large bedrooms and plenty of linens and extra towels. On demand hot water heater. The hot tub and backyard area is excellent, including an outdoor TV that we enjoyed. Overall, the house is A+ and we will be back to visit again!

Perfect beach retreat

Our family traveled from all over the country to enjoy a reunion at eve beach. This was the best place for that to happen! The garage provided all the toys for the beach and a wagon to carry everything! The house was clean and had plenty of toys for the kids. The adults enjoyed arcade games and the hot tub. Definitely recommend this place.

We will be back!

We had a great week with our family in Del Mar and can’t wait to come back! The house was perfect for our family - so close to the beach, great kitchen, family room for our kids, lovely back yard and everyone loved the hot tub. The house had all of the amenities we needed and we loved all the beach supplies (the chairs, our kids used the boogie board and wet suit, sand toys and more). We will be back!

Great getaway near the beach

I’ve stayed here twice now and hope to keep coming back every year. This is a great house with comfortable beds and nice areas to hang out (two living rooms and a nice backyard with a hot tub). We had a group of 7 adults and we were all very comfortable.

Amazing family vacation site

We have only great things to say about this home. The only thing we would have changed would have been to stay longer! We were a group of 7 family members ranging from 7 to 65+ years, and the house was perfect for everyone. The proximity to the beach was ideal - close enough to walk there on a whim, but the street ends nearly at the house so there is no through traffic keeping the area quiet. The route to the beach is flat and takes just minutes. They have all the beach supply and backyard games you could think of - which kept our kids easily entertained. The outdoor shower was super handy, and the hot tub was a bonus after a swim in the ocean. The house was comfortable and clean. We bought groceries and had the majority of our meals at the house. They had everything we could have needed or wanted. The host was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, welcoming, and prompt with her responses. We will definitely be back!

August 2022 Stay - Family of 4

The property is a cute "cottage style" beach house that is very functional and comfortable. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space and comfortable beds. The A/C works very well. It has a nice backyard with table that seats 8 people. It is very well stocked with many beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). Best part is an owner who is very responsive and interested in providing a great experience.

I grew up in a near by beach town and even though we moved away we found ourselves back here often. As our family grew and our children fell in love with coming to San Diego we made the decision to purchase a vacation home here. Del mar has always been one of my favorite places and beaches! My kids love the flat open beaches, and walking to the near by shops and restaurants, playing at the park and taking our dog to doggie beach. I hope you and your family will fall in love with it too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I wanted this home to have the perfect mix of feeling like home but also on vacation. The location allows us to walk anywhere we need - nothing is more than 15 min (and thats with the kids)! For it to feel like our own home, and comfortable for those staying there, when furnishing/decorating it everything was of high quality. From the linens and towels, to stocking the kitchen and the furniture - it is all of nice quality to help provide comfort and luxury for those who are staying there.
Del Mar is perfectly situated, its 15-20 min to most of the big tourist attractions - Sea World, Zoo, Legoland, etc but is not highly populated so you are never having to search for a spot at the beach! The limited parking access to the public helps keep the Del Mar beaches open and spacious - so our house having a driveway that can fit 4 cars a big win for our friends and family:)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

During the day I love opening the top part of the front door while I'm inside and letting my kids run around the front and play. Because we are on a cul de sac it is a nice quiet and private street with little pedestrian flow but quick beach access. Less than 2 minutes from door to sand.
At night, sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine after the kids have gone to sleep is as relaxing as it gets!
