Ce lotissement idéalement situé est calme, confortable et propre.

La propriété est située du côté est de Sierra Ave. Il y a environ 2-3 minutes à pied du sable.

Situé à quelques pas du sable! Accès privé à l'océan et à distance de marche de l'hippodrome Del Mar Fair. Navette gratuite juste en face de la piste de course / parc des expositions Del Mar pendant la saison de course. Le bar de fruits de mer et d'huîtres Brigantine primé se trouve juste en face de la rue et à distance de marche de nombreux magasins, restaurants, du quartier Cedro Design et à un pâté de maisons de la plage North Beach Del Mar.

Community propose une piscine chauffée, trois piscines non chauffées, un spa, des courts de tennis, un parking fermé pour deux voitures, un centre de remise en forme et un club-house. En outre, deux allées d'accès à la plage privée.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in paradise

Amazing location, spacious home, quiet community. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved the sunsets! This worked great for working remotely as there is ample work space and good Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Trip Ever!!!

This place and location is amazing. Townhome has everything one would need. Cannot beat this location . Felt like a secluded oasis. Sommer was great to work with. We will be back!!!

Perfect condo in a great location!

We spent a week here and it was our first time in the area. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook, bake and clean. The location has great tennis courts and a nice pool and hot tub in the community. We could walk to several beaches and the shopping district was close. Close to everything we wanted to do. The host was quick on communication and very helpful. We will come back again!

nice condo, great location

This property is spacious and well appointed, Beds very comfortable, kitchen amenities appreciated. Beautiful flowers and shrubs in the complex. Easy to walk our dog. Beach is right across the street and is dog friendly. Stairs from parking to the condo are fairly steep. We moved our car to the street to get the numerous bags loaded when we departed. We left CA 30 years ago for the NC beaches. Surprised at how populated and developed the area was. That being said... We enjoyed our stay and the nice restaurants nearby.

Great stay in Solana Beach

We decided to take a break and head down to SoCal from the SF Bay Area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit in Solana Beach. The unit was well appointed, with sufficient internet access for the family to work remotely. It's a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful and dog friendly, and not too far to the handful of restaurants and shops in town. The host, Sommer, was super responsive and accommodating. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had the best time on our beach vacation. The access to the pool and beach so close to the condo made it easy for our kids. Great location and condo!

ADA Compliance

This property complex is not ADA compliant. I am disabled and was surprised to learn this upon arrival. I thought all businesses were required this by law. It was also very hot with only 2 floor fans. My son called to request more fans but was denied request. Do not recommend.

Great beach condo across street from beach

Sommer was a wonderful host! Her condo is located within a wonderful community that has private access to Solana Beach (also a dog beach). The condo had a wonderful layout that allowed for family dinner gatherings and movie nights along with areas (bedrooms are upstairs) that allowed for privacy - including teenagers who like to sleep in till 11 ;-) The condo was within walking distance to several restaurants, a convenience store, the beach and Fletcher Cover (super kid friendly). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo at DMBC!

This newly renovated condo was perfect for our family of five! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed: beach towels and chairs, board games, upstairs A/C and we love the extra touch of bottled water and various snacks! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our beautiful two level condo!

Beautiful condo by the beach! We had everything that we needed for our family! Nice furniture, kid friendly, comfortable beds, great location, accessible, easy beach access...wonderful stay! We will be back! Highly recommend!

Super Comfortable

Nice large rooms and the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on outside my own house. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, appliances and basic spices for cooking. Hosts were very responsive to emails, phone number listed is wrong. Unit is part of a large complex further from the beach than photos suggest, but just a 5 min walk to overlook the beach. The area was nice, clean and 5 min drive from any shopping we needed to do. Large washer and dryer were nice to have. We had 6 people and very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend to others. Only suggestion would be brighter lighting in some rooms and access to a broom and dustpan to clean up after ourselves better. Thanks again!

Great Family Location

Took the wife and kids on a small weekend trip. My wife chose this beach house out of many. And as always, she knew best! The apartment and it's rooms were well furnished. Our kids are teenagers and even they enjoyed the place! We toured the race tracks one street over and spend all Saturday on the beach. The community was kids friendly, there were many families to interact with. We plan on returning in May of 2018 and have already recommended this place to some friends!

Girls Weekend Done Right

Some girlfriends and I went for a all girls Labor Day weekend to San Diego. Booked this elegant and clean beach house. It was very large, well decorated and modern. It's the perfect beach community, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and sporty activities.

Summer Break Vacation

A few buddies and I wanted to start the summer break off right. Booked this location after debated over a few others. Best decision! Location has a private entrance to Solana Beach. We partied the night away at nearby bars and clubs. Even toured the race tracks one street away from the apartment. The living area was very modern and well furnished. Overall great experience thanks to Sommer.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!

We had a great time in this vaca rental. We needed a ironing board which was promptly brought the next day. Great customer service from Sommer. Also, easy access to the beach (it was 75 degrees! that's warm for us) and great happy hour specials in the area!

Sweet spot

Terrific location! We stayed for the Breeder's Cup. We walked to the Racetrack. We walked to the beach. We also went to the farmers market on Sunday. Sommer's place is ideal. The town home is spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! Parking was no problem and Sommer is available at a moments notice if you have any questions.

Wonderful time

My wife and I had a great time at Sommer's property. The beach is so close and isn't that crowded. I look forward to visiting again next year.
