Gorgeous Views Boathouse Near the Beach

Fun Florida beach design with everything you need. Large bedroom has one king bed and a day bed trundle. Day bed can used for up to two additional guests, or one person or a couple can enjoy using it as a reading nook.

The boathouse is located on the property of a spacious 4,250 square foot villa, right on the water. You’ll have your own private entrance, accessible via the common driveway and a short walk along the front sidewalk. This layout ensures complete privacy for both the boathouse and the main house, which is also available for rent as a separate Airbnb.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you use the designated walkway to the boathouse, respecting the privacy of those enjoying the pool area at the main house. Should you ever find the main house guests being too loud, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will promptly address the situation.

We have a very convenient set up to adjust your shower temperature. The guests love it. The shower handle only turns the shower on and off. To change the temperature of the shower, go to the tankless water heater next to the washer and dryer. This is very convenient as the water temperature is constant and you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. You simply change the dial to the temperature you want.

Common areas are sun patio and canal area. The gated canal area is for boat entry only. Do not enter this area. Please talk to us about boat rental, if you're interested.


$150 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.


Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.

You can only park 2 cars maximum at this house. Any trailers need to be approved.

Please know that we are in the process of installing a new internet connection for the house. While the phone service is functioning well, you may need to use your hotspot temporarily.

**Please note that the unit has a TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. However, you'll need to log in with your own Netflix account to use it.

Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $50.
