Just minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island, this 1,000 sq ft retreat is the perfect home base for exploring Southwest Florida’s best beaches, dining, and natural beauty.

This fully updated condo features a bright, modern interior with luxury furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to cook at home or prep for a beach day. We had a wonderful stay! Condo was beautiful - very clean & bright (pictures are accurate). Location is easy drives to beaches and downtown Fort Meyers. Excellent communication with the host. Simple drive to Fishermans Wharf for lunch or dinner (3 fun restaurants). Lots of boats coming & going. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks Clara & Kody.

Cleanliness! This condo sparkled and might have been one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We also appreciated the high quality amenities and extras such as cooler and beach chairs even tough we didn't get a chance to use them. So nice to have them available. Very tastefully decorated, too!

Excellent quiet retreat

Our stay was perfect. We were blocks away from our family and the condo was perfect for my wife and I. Everything was spotless, well decorated and the beds we clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The owners communicated with us promptly and answered all of our questions. Great host! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great place to stay near the beaches!

If you're looking for a getaway to the beaches in and around Ft. Meyers, this is the place to stay. Close to both Ft. Meyers beache and Sanibel Island, you can get a lot of sun in no time. The hosts are very communicative and make sure that you have everything you need. All of the amenities are there and a nice community to stay in.

I stayed in this condo for two weeks while extending my usual February visit to the area and had a very good experience.The location is excellent and very convenient to many nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, which made getting around the area easy throughout my stay.The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything in good working order. Clara was exceptional as a host — possibly the most responsive host I’ve encountered on VRBO. Any message I sent was answered almost immediately, which made the stay especially easy and stress-free.The condo itself is efficiently sized with a compact layout. The kitchen is more apartment-sized than full-sized (e.g., the refrigerator is smaller and does not have an ice maker), and the shower stall is somewhat tight. The master bedroom does not currently have a dresser, although the second bedroom does.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and especially appreciated Clara’s attentiveness as a host.

Very clean, spacious, nice amenities. Good and easy communication with host. One shower head was loose and only sprayed the wall but was easily fixed with a plastic grocery bag. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I just stayed here for a long weekend in Ft. Myers and Clara's place was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we need. It was exactly as advertised. The location is great. There is lots of amenities nearby and just a short drive to Ft. Myers Beach and the Sanibel causeway. Clara was a great host. I highly recommend.

Excellent Stay & Location

We stayed in Fort Myers for the first time on this trip to Florida. Happy to say the condo was convenient to shops and restaurants, including a Super Target across the street. The condo is as it is on the pictures and description. Beautiful place done really well. We will definitely stay there again.
