This spectacular one bedroom at Majestic Sun offers everything you want in a beach vacation! Come relax and enjoy the astonishing view from the balcony! Unit B406 has been newly painted and furnished with the beach in mind. The master has a king size bed with private bath. There is a bunk in the hallway and a pull out sleeper for extra accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook some delicious meals. The owner has provided two beach chairs and an umbrella for guest to use while they are visiting. Seascape offers chair rental as well!

The beach access is located across the street from the condo. Seascape Golf and Tennis resort owns 2,000 feet of private white sandy beach!! Seascape beach-chair service and bar are there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the seasonal water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available as well as Resort Bike Rental. You can rent a jet ski, wave runner, catamaran boat, or jump on the floating fun-deck (all services are subject to availability).

Majestic Sun has an indoor heated (seasonally) pool, outdoor pool, and two hot tubs. There is a fitness room located in the building as well.

Seascape Golf and Tennis Club offers golf, a 5 star tennis club, pickleball and several pools. The resort has several restaurants nearby for dining. Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, and Fine Dining…..The Majestic Sun at Seascape is everything you want your vacation to be and more!

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the condo and leave the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. Fee will show up on payment page as an admin fee.

Great Getaway for 2

Loved this unit! Perfect location on 4th floor. Unit had everything we could have needed, including beach chairs. The owner/manager was very accommodating and made the process very easy. The balcony furniture was extremely comfortable, too. Location of Majestic Sun is ideal for walking to some local restaurants. We also loved the biking/walking paths along Scenic Gulf Highway. Really enjoy the stay.

The apartment is cute! The kitchen is very well equipped and the information gave us easy access to check in and check out! Everything was wonderful!!! Always 5 stars for you all

Wonderful Property!

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here! We felt very safe walking in the area. The property had everything you would need for your stay, and the bed was very comfortable! Beach view is the best part! We even saw a dolphin from the balcony! We will be back!

Beach Weekend

The condo was beautiful and the view was fantastic. We loved the convenience of being steps to the beach. I was so impressed with how nicely decorated the condo was. We used the beach chairs and umbrella. It was just a wonderful experience.

Awesome balcony for breakfast and happy hour

This was a great property. Excellent location, across from the beach with awesome views. If you are here for a beach vacation, look no further. The unit was well stocked, updated, and clean with a comfortable bed. The coffee station was a nice touch for a coffee on the balcony watching the morning waves rolling in. We highly recommend this unit and will be back.

Perfect Beach Vacation for Families

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean, stocked well, and the furnishings look brand new. The view is amazing! You can hear the waves you are so close to the beach. We rented beach chairs everyday and stayed there until sunset. The owner does have two chairs you can use but we like to rent the ones at the beach. My kids enjoyed renting paddle boards and kayaks to go exploring everyday. We saw all kinds of marine life! Dolphins, sea rays and even a sea turtle! After sunset, we came up to the large resort pool (indoor and outdoor) and let the kids swim while my wife and I relaxed in the hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we walked to some of them. If you like oysters Acme has the best and you barely have to leave the resort to get there! We also stayed in and cooked a few nights. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals. We did not need much while we were there but Beachside Retreats answered what few questions we had efficiently. We will be back to Seascape and we will book this condo every time!
