Majestic Sun Unit A 307 has breathtaking views from a private third story balcony and is conveniently located nearest the parking garage walk-over! You will love the this cozy one bedroom two bath unit for a quick getaway or a small family vacation. The living area offers a tropical sofa sleeper, a recliner, a dining table for four, and three lovely wrought iron bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops as well as all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom offers a king bed, cozy bedding, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower tub combo. There are two built-in bunk beds in the hallway with nice twin bedding. The second bathroom is situated in the hallway between the bunks and the kitchen and offers a single vanity and a walk-in glass enclosed shower. Enjoy the use of a stackable washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet during your stay. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Don't forget to take advantage of DVD movies at our check-in office! Majestic Sun is close to the Seascape golf course as well as close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the nearby beach adventures! For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good location. Needs some updates

Great location and easy access to the beach.The condo itself could definitely use some updates. The couch was not an ideal place to sit due to it not being clean and having a build up on it. It should definitely be replaced or cleaned. There was a musty mildew smell the entire stay throughout the condo. It would probably also be a plus if there was access to a broom and dust pan so the guests don't just have to walk around on a sand floor the whole stay.

Great location but needs to be updated

This unit needs work to be comparable with others available inside Seascape. Great location for loading and unloading luggage with easy access from the parking garage.

Older unit

The view was great! Large closet which is a plus! The couch however, was so dirty that we couldn’t sit on it! Furniture is wobbly too!

Had a good time,

While the given code to get in the building was incorrect, it was quickly fixed with a phone call. The space was very clean and the elevators to and from the 3rd floor were very fast and parking was close and easy. The third floor was just right and the view was fantastic. The condos washer and dryer was nice to have and the master bed was very soft. The only issue was there was no bottle opener to be found, only a 70s style can opener (kind of cool). We grabbed a bottle opener at the gift shop. Hot Tub and pool were also nice. We would for sure suggest this place and will book with Vacasa again.

Not the best unit

We have stayed in 4 different condos at Majestic Sun and this unit was the worst. Definitely needs updated and new couch and paint. I took pictures of how worn it was. Loved how comfy the bed was though.

It was decent

Beach access from this in particular building was not the greatest. If you're a family and you have a lot of stuff to carry down to the beach find somewhere else that sits on the beach. Or find something in the B building. If you need to rent a golf cart definitely find one that's gas powered there's nowhere to plug a golf cart in.

View!!!

The view was amazing!! Check in was easy but late in the day! The condo was not clean as expected, there was a few cockroaches running around a few times. Sheets and blankets hard as a rock with stains! Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! Access to car was easy it is same floor! Pool was amazing!! Have to pay for your own beach chairs!! Overall nice area with beautiful views!! Condo it’s ok but not perfect!!

Not so good.

My stay here was a mixed bag. I enjoyed the location because it close to many of the activities we usually do. Enjoyed the easy walk to the car from the third floor of the building to the third floor of the parking deck. However being so close to the elevator meant hearing a lot of the conversations people had in the elevator foyer. However, that’s not something an owner can control. I’m am hoping to owner/management can do something about the dampness in the unit. It was pretty bad and smelled when we walked in. There were a few minor mold spots starting above the shower in the hall. There was a text from management at the beginning of the stay inquiring about our satisfaction with the cleanliness, that they never responded to my complaint about it or requests for DampRid.

A great Florida get away.

The only problem we had was that we wasted at least half a day of a short vacation waiting around for parking pass that was supposed to be there. After several communications the evening and morning of arrival we finally got one. Frustrating.

Great condo in a great location

I loved the view of the ocean unobstructed from other buildings. Most of the hop and skip across the street to the private beach made it very enjoyable without the 2hr drive to our beach. Beach is very clean and beautiful. It makes you not want to leave! Highly recommended!

Second time staying here!

The view is incredible! I love how cool the room gets and there’s plenty of space for inflatable beds as well. The bathroom seat in the hallway definitely needs replacement, but other than that, this room does the job! Also, if you stay on level 3 building A, you get direct access to the garage!

Great Week!

This was a great condo! It was extremely convenient and an easy walk to the beach. It has all you will need for a fun week including all the household appliances and cookware. Very well maintained.

Beautiful view!

My family absolutely loved this condo! Steps away from the beach. Located close enough to great restaurants and activities! Only downfall was the air conditioning didn't work very well. Which isn't great after being at the beach in the heat all day.
