The property was better than advertised. It was clean and cozy. The property manager stayed on top of everything and was very quick to respond. We will definitely be staying with them again and recommend 100%!

Loved South Padre, and or home away from home

We liked it, great location, close to Beach next time we need a down stairs, at my age steps can kill my knees. But over all great. And also a place with more beds. Sofa beds are good for kids, not adults. Or condo was nice and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Amazing townhome! Super clean and spacious. Super close to beach, not far at all. Swimming pool was not as big as we would like but the water was nice and warm, not bad at all.

2023 Summer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located to the beaches and restaurants. We had some difficulties with the Wi-Fi and I would suggest mounting the dishwasher into the cabinetry. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Amazing accommodations for a fantastic weekend!!!

My family loved this condo. The unit is large and felt very open because of the high ceilings. The large kitchen is a plus and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The colors and decorations are perfect and definitely have that island vibe. We are a family of four and never felt crowded. This condo could comfortably fit a larger family. We will definitely stay here again.

Over all was decent. But description was misleading, bathroom fans didn’t work, microwave didn’t work ( this was discussed with property manager) but the owners never responded. Pool lights don’t work. We had to buy laundry soap and body soap. Was stated that it was there, trash bags as well. The fire detector wasn’t installed. It was taken out. The pool had a slime film in the corner of it like the filters hadn’t been cleaned. We originally had 7 people for this vacation and description said 8 would fit comfortably, it wouldn’t have. We were cramped with 6 people. The second bedroom had no dressers so we had to put luggage on floor and didn’t have much room to walk. The 6th person slept in the living room and didn’t have privacy I think this should be moved down to a 5 person stay. We couldn’t even use the closet in the second bedroom due to the owners using it as storage.

Nice location

House is very spacious and clean. Pool too small without enough sitting places. A Keurig coffee maker could be nice and oil to cook. King bed can use a replacement mattress.

Excellent Condo - About 1/2 block from beach access.

We would definitely stay here again, it had everything we needed and was pet friendly. The AC works great, we barely used the pool, but it was nice to have one; it was well kept. We had an electrical transformer go down outside on the pole, not part of the condo, and Vacasa was over promptly and handled the situation with the city's electrical company out; repaired within 2 hours. Kudos to Vacasa, we like the services that they provide when handling issues and when checking out.
