Bienvenue dans notre White Sands Condo. C'est un beau duplex 3BR / 2BA situé sur South Padre Island. C'est un magnifique deuxième étage d'un duplex qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes! Ce condo est très spacieux avec beaucoup de place pour tout le monde .. Vous obtenez 2 lits King Size et un canapé-lit. La troisième chambre est une chambre avec lits superposés qui comprend une couchette double, et plein lits superposés / lits jumeaux. Ce condo a été fraîchement peint est il y a plusieurs années. Elle est fraîche et propre!

Sont également inclus Lave-linge / Sèche-linge et lave-vaisselle, ainsi que d'autres choses pour rendre plus facile pour profiter de votre maison loin de la maison

Ce condo a une vue sur l'eau. Vous pouvez voir le golfe depuis le balcon avant et la baie du balcon arrière.

Ce condo est situé à 113 White Sands. Vous êtes moins d'un bloc à l'accès à la plage. Cela peut être un duplex résidentiel privé, mais vous devez beaucoup des commodités que vous obtenez à un plus grand complexe de condo. Vous avez accès à la piscine Holiday Inn Express et un bain à remous juste devant votre porte arrière. Il est magnifique et bien entretenu. Au cours du printemps et en été occupée, vous pouvez regarder les feux d'artifice à Clayton de votre balcon avant! Ou la tête à la plage pour les voir, Clayton est juste autour du coin!

Situé à proximité est le Sea Turtle Inc, qui est le centre tortue de sauvetage, ainsi que le Centre de Convention et de Clayton. Vous allez adorer cette maison!

Property is great and a good fit for a larger family very comfortable. Perfect access to the beach and we loved the private road. Enjoyed the access to the pool. The manager/owner is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything island. Ready to book again.

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, Clayton's Beach Bar, and a gift shop next door. Home was very clean and large enough for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Awesome Stay / Would recommend!

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it. Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Just the right amenities. We had a blast!

Manager lives on property so was not bothered by too much noise from close neighbors being a stand alone duplex. Only drawback was parking in driveway for just 2 cars. Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group. If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time renting again Was very pleased and happy with the rental location is A+ Very close to the beach (can see the beach from front balcony literally 2 minutes walking)Rental had everything needed (utensils, silverware, pots ,pans, washer and dryer)Have access to pool which is located at the Holiday inn right in back of rental only need to check in at front desk and they will provide the wrist bands which are good for the entire stay.Rental home was very clean and everything in working condition my family and I once again had a really great time and very pleased we will be coming back again!!!
