No Excessive guests unless paid for through reservation.
No PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST be MINIMAL after 10PM. There is a noise level city ordinance in effect. Any police calls for noise or disturbance will result in termination of the reservation and deposit.
Thermostat: Smart device set to comfort zone. Do not alter any setting.
Inspect the property upon check in immediately and bring any issues to the host attention.
Any drainage clogs during your stay will assess a $150 fee to have a plumber come and make repairs plus any repair costs.
Any missing or stolen items will be charged from the the deposit.
