The Space
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, and a huge sectional couch.

Bedroom 1 - This rustic and secluded upstairs bedroom comes with a king bed, private bathroom, private workspace, 45" smart tv, and has incredible views all the way to Downtown Denver
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with olive green and natural wood tones.
Bedroom 3 - This massive downstairs bedroom includes two queen beds perfect for sleeping adults and kids alike.
Bedroom 4 - This cozy basement bedroom is secluded and has the same amazing views found throughout the home.


☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
You'll find three clean and fully outfitted bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two walk-in showers and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view through the windows all the way over downtown Denver.

There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 11ft long and has enough chairs for 10 guests.

The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

☆☆ BASEMENT LEVEL & GAME ROOM ☆☆
The basement level is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a full size arcade machine with 10,000 games and a table perfect for board games. If arcades aren't your thing there is also a miniature soccer field in the converted garage.

Just out the front sliding door you will find a fire pit for 8 with dual patio heaters. Around the corner you will find a brand new hot tub. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for up to 4 vehicles.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are available for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and secluded home located just off main access (hwy-285) to hiking/biking trails, Red Rocks, many ski/snowboard towns, Boulder, and Downtown Denver. There is also a grocery store (MS Food Mart) just 3 min away to make your stay as convenient as it is secluded.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that the home is a mountain home so like many in this area, there is no AC. We do provide fans and opening the many windows provides a good breeze.

We will send you a guidebook prior to arrival. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do around Morrison, our favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden on the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

At times our team comes by for hot tub maintenance, snow removal, trash pick up, and other odd jobs. Please allow them to do their job.

We handle trash ourselves rather than through a trash company. For this reason excessive trash removal will result in a small $20 to $50 fee when there is significant excess.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.

Great View

The place had an awesome view of Denver but the property is in dire need of some TLC. The pictures online are very deceiving. For the price that we paid I felt it should have been better taken care of & better stocked, ice maker didn’t work, downstairs shower didn’t even have a shower head just numerous things.

Good house to hang out and have a family gathering. Great views and outdoor deck. House could use some TLC. Seems uncared for. Closet and shower doors off their tracks. Kitchen missing some obvious things. Ice maker broken despite an earlier review that noted that. You need to bring your own propane for the grill and outdoor heaters. For the price, I expected better.

Incredible views of Denver. You need to watch the sun coming up over Denver. We saw over a dozen deer walking across the property. While there it snowed over 18 inches in 12 hours. Snow removal was timely for both the property and the road

Great Mountain Retreat

Great place for families

This place is a secluded wonderland. Way up in the hills we felt away from everything which is what we were looking for. On our daily walks we were able to pet wild deer and were in awe of the views. The owners were incredibly responsive within minutes of the request. We would definitely come back. Thank you for making our Colorado Christmas experience perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin while attending a concert at Red Rocks. The cabin feels secluded, yet close to all the entertainment of the Denver area. Amazing views from the balcony!

mountain home near Red Rocks

Great location in the quiet mountains. View is just great, especially of the sunrise. Kids loved the hot tub. Two bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms were fine. Two bedrooms and bathroom in basement. The basement bathroom was smaller and no countertop space. Kids really liked the turf converted garage space. Kept them entertained. And the arcade games in the basement. Communication was good with the host. Overall, house was not very well kept up- just chipped paint, broken cupboards or doors, scuffs on the walls, etc. We found an old moldy orange in the couch cushions. The porch railing had some rungs loose or popped out. We’re very particular about cleanliness and it seemed surface level. Needed a deep clean. Carpets probably need shampooed. Kitchen was missing some basic items like hot pads, wash cloths, towels, etc Only three glasses. Making coffee in the morning wasn’t easy. But otherwise had what we needed. Fridge ice machine didn’t work. Was only 15 min from Red Rocks and Morrison. Close to a bunch of local hikes.

Incredible mountain views!

This property sleeps 10 comfortably. (All in beds...no pull outs.) Well equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. We loved it!
