Things to Know Before You Book:
We want your stay to be magical and stress-free, so here are a few important details to help make that happen:

No Pets, Please – While we love animals, we have a strict no-pet policy to maintain an allergy-friendly space for all guests. A $1500 fee will be enforced if pets are brought onto the property.

Loft Access via Ladder – The sleeping loft is accessed by a steep ladder. The sectional up there converts into either a queen bed or two twin beds. Guests should be physically comfortable using stairs and climbing a ladder.

Cozy Space, Big Experience – Inside, you'll enjoy 500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed comfort, plus a large outdoor area of porches and decks. All of this sits on your own private 1-acre lot nestled in the trees.

Respect the Peace – The treehouse is tucked within a quiet residential mountain community. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and we ask guests to be mindful of neighbors and nature.

No Smoking of Any Kind – Due to high wildfire risk, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. We appreciate your help keeping the forest safe.

No Fires Allowed on Property other than the Gas Fire Pit Provided!

Security Cameras On-Site – For everyone’s safety, there are two outdoor security cameras: one monitoring the parking area and one facing the front door. There are no indoor cameras.

Parking is Limited – We allow a maximum of two vehicles on the property. Any additional cars must be parked down the road at Pence Park. Please plan accordingly.

4-Wheel drive vehicle with high clearance Highly Recommended for Winter and Spring season reservations due to the unpredictability of possible snowfall.

If guests incur damages during stay or break house rules, a fine will be withheld from the security deposit. Additional charges may occur in order to cover costs of damaged items and/or necessary repairs.
