The apartment is ideally located in the center of Trastevere , one of the most unique neighborhood in Rome, the building is on Piazza S. Cosimato, where you can find many restaurants and cafes' , a local fruit & vegetable market and various local shops.
The apartment consists of entrance, living room, kitchen, one bathroom and 2 private double bedrooms.
It is nicely and tastefully decorated with a mix of antique and modern taste,
clean and comfortable
The apartment has been recently renovated it has a brand new kitchen and bathroom with a bigger shower than before.
We have independent heating and AC in both rooms and living room
The kitchen is fully equipped
We have a dish washer and washing machine,
The smart TV with has Italian channels and some international ones.
We have just installed a new internet connection with 20 mega which is as fast as you can possibly need and it can load up to 5 devices !!!
Trastevere is a very interesting and characteristic neighborhood , you are at walking distance form most historical sites, like piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Vatican is also only 20 minutes walk from location.
Even if you are close to the center you can enjoy a more quiet neighborhood which is not so crowded all day long like most historical sites, so you can also have a quiet and romantic walk along the river Tevere !!!
The neighborhood is really unique and friendly, one of the most exquisite squares in Trastevere is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, with the amazing church s.Maria In Trastevere., try to have a coffee looking at the church across the square with its gold mosaique it's a great experience!!
On Sunday morning instead a visit to the local flee market Porta Portese is a must and a real unique experience, great finds !!
Checking in after 8 pm is required an extra of 30 euros and after 11 pm it is 50 euros extra.
