Appartement lumineux récemment rénové au premier étage d'un immeuble du début des années 1900, au coeur du Trastevere, à côté de la maison de Dante Alighieri,
Tous les services touristiques sont à portée de main (Bus -Taxi -Restaurants -Bar- Bureau de poste- Pharmacie-Journal- super marché)
Composé d'une spacieuse chambre double triple (lit double plus un lit simple), d'une chambre double spacieuse, d'un salon avec canapé-lit double, de 2 salles de bains avec douche, cuisine, TV dans les chambres, wifi gratuit, climatisation, chaque chambre incluse les salles de bains sont équipées de fenêtres isolantes thermo-acoustiques, vidéophone, 2 ascenseurs, premier étage.
Notre maison est louée avec une licence "maison de vacances" régulière et donc conforme à toutes les lois de sécurité requises par la loi.
La cuisine est équipée de lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, verres, couverts pour 8 personnes, du café Nespresso est disponible ainsi qu'une cafetière, une chaudière, un four micro-ondes.
Nous fournissons également, téléphone, fer et planche à repasser.
Sur demande, nous pouvons également fournir un lit bébé.

Wonderful stay

Barbara was an excellent host, welcoming us and explaining everything we needed to know. She was always available on WhatsApp and even booked our taxi to and from the airport. Lovely apartment with lots of thoughtful extras like Sunhats and umbrellas and a welcome pack. Great location

Perfect location and comfortable space

This was only a short 2 night stay with my spouse and 2 adult children. The property was in a great location for accessing and exploring the lively area of Trastevere on the southwest side of the Tiber River across from Ancient Rome. For us who enjoy walking we could reach the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Trevi Fountain on foot as well. The property host Barbara personally met us and was in quick and continuous contact to aid and answer any question, and facilitated our ground transportation from the property to FCO airport on our departure. The entire stay was smooth and an enjoyable experience for our last 2 nights in Italy before returning to the USA.

absolutely perfect

The apartment in Trastevere was beautiful and the sound proof windows amazingly blocked the neighborhood noise. Location-wise we could not have asked for better. We walked EVERYWHERE and if we needed other transportation the bus stop was on our corner and the taxi stand one block away. Gelato and restaurants abound and the supermarket is right there as well. Cannot praise this beautiful apartment enough. And Barbara.....well she could not have been more helpful or available for any questions we had or recommendations we needed. She's fantastic.

Beautiful, spacious, and well located

Barbara's apartment in Trastevere was perfect for our family of four. It had plenty of space, was well stocked with kitchen equipment, and was in good working condition. Also, the location is wonderful with a fantastic gelato shop just two blocks away!

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. The location is terrific and Barbara was a wonderful and accommodating host. She was easy to reach, made sure we were comfortable, and was great about making recommendations, including suggesting a nearby place where we could store our luggage after checking out. Just like home.

Barbara was a fabulous host for her property. If you want to get an authentic feel for an actual neighborhood in Rome this is the place. It was centrally located and a bus and taxi stand are around the corner. The apartment does have a lift to get your luggage up one floor to the property. If you book you won’t be sorry.

Barbara was a kind wonderful host and very helpful to us during our stay. She responded right away when we had questions and there were detailed instructions in the apartment to help us. The location was perfect for us with lots of nearby restaurants, a taxi station, and a bus stop. The apartment was comfortable and we felt safe and secure while there.

Nice, spacious apartment in Trastevere

We enjoyed our stay - safe, spacious, clean and comfortable - with lots of amenities including a well-stocked kitchen (and treats for us). Conveniently located and close to a grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed meeting Barbara who gave us a little tour of the unit she and explained everything from the wifi to the coffee machine. The only negatives were that it is on a busy street with some street noise - we were especially unlucky with road work being done on two out of three nights - and wifi was very slow. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Barbara’s place was absolutely charming. It had everything we could have needed and she was very responsive! We loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants! Next to the house of the famous poet Dante Alighieri. The apartment 'located in a building from the early 1900s with 2 lifts. Located in the center of Trastevere, vibrant neighborhood where there is the Roman night life with all the mobility services' in hand. In radius of 500 meters you can easily reach on foot the most important monuments of Rome. The Tiber River, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the ancient Jewish quarter of the Ghetto and the Synagogue, Piazza Venezia, the Campidoglio, Bocca della Verita ', Roman Forum, Teatro Marcello, Circus Maximus. Then you arrive with a few bus stops to St. Peter's, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, international shopping destinations
Trastevere and 'the neighborhood with the major tourist attractions of Rome, in it are located the major monuments of the City' Eternal, and 'also the neighborhood where there is the Roman nightlife and late into the night, there are restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, always open. Sunday morning is held
the biggest flea market in Rome: Porta Portese.
It will be very nice to walk along the River Tiber and walk across its beautiful bridges, one different from 'other.
