Amazing Nantucket style house right off the very popular Scenic Gulf Drive. This home features rarities such as a slate master bathroom and a screened in Cabana suite complete with a stainless grill and mini fridge. Cool off in the 27'x13' private swimming pool nearby, or soak up some rays on the pool patio. Also, enjoy gulf views from the comfort of the sofa in the living room or balcony off the Master Suite. This is sure to be a family favorite year after year.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom-so perfect for multiple families.

Such a cute house!

The house is perfect for a group of friends or families. We were with a group of adults - but noticed so many kid friendly parts of the house. We loved our stay and will be back!

Our first trip to Destin wont be our last!

The property was amazing! Really enjoyed all the different places to chill out with a book or just relax. Meals in the cabana by the pool cooked on the grill.The heated pool(a must during winter months)Walking on the white sandy beach .All the fabulous restaurants close by ! Highly recommend pazzo Italiano So good! Grocery shopping at Publix was close by as well.Played a round of golf at the Regatta bay golf and yacht club.Nice course!We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Just Okay!

House was in a great location, had multiple issues with the pool. The house needs a good cleaning, some lights in the main bathroom didn’t work, toilet in the bunk room needs fixed.

Great Location, View & Property

House was in good shape, nice furnishings, very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and people watching in the mornings and at night. Beach was a lot closer than expected, very short walk. Chair rentals are expensive, but convenient. Pool was in nice shape. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor patio space. Overall it was an extremely nice property. You do need to provide your own dish soap, dish brush, hand soap, salt/pepper. The other starter items were standard with any rental, but we were suprised with not having these items. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes, etc to make meals.

When we got to the property, the pool was broke and the outdoor area power was off. There were also issues inside the house. One issue was fixed quickly inside.I was in constant communication with the property manager. They were quick to communicate, but the problems weren't fixed. The pool did get fixed until the night before we left. That left no time to truly enjoy it. The outdoor area never had power. This area was one of the main reasons we booked this location. Everyone was excited to use it, but we couldn't use it like we had planned.There were sheets with blood on them, which we just traded out for spare ones. The bunk beds were not safe, but we had to use them. They needed tightened. You could touch them and they would shake bad. Thankfully no one was hurt.We were told we had to wait to ask for a partial refund until the end of our stay in case any other issues came up.We did this, it's been more than a week and no response. Obviously the upper management isn't worried about bad reviews, keeping people happy or safe. The location was great. The house needed some work, but to book a vacation and have half of the property not working correctly the entire stay is unacceptable. What's even more unacceptable is how the upper management has decided to deal with this.

Stay at Crystal view

There were only a couple issues with the property. The bunk beds in one of the rooms weren’t meant to be bunk beds as one bed is just resting on top of another. Not a huge issue but if the top bunk moved around a lot it would just fall off as it’s not attached to anything. The other is we had an issue with the barracuda beach trail which is only a few steps from the house. We used it for most of our stay but at the end of the trip we were told it’s a private beach and we were made to move down to another area. Again not a huge issue but it went from a minute walk to a five minute walk.
