When we got to the property, the pool was broke and the outdoor area power was off. There were also issues inside the house. One issue was fixed quickly inside.I was in constant communication with the property manager. They were quick to communicate, but the problems weren't fixed. The pool did get fixed until the night before we left. That left no time to truly enjoy it. The outdoor area never had power. This area was one of the main reasons we booked this location. Everyone was excited to use it, but we couldn't use it like we had planned.There were sheets with blood on them, which we just traded out for spare ones. The bunk beds were not safe, but we had to use them. They needed tightened. You could touch them and they would shake bad. Thankfully no one was hurt.We were told we had to wait to ask for a partial refund until the end of our stay in case any other issues came up.We did this, it's been more than a week and no response. Obviously the upper management isn't worried about bad reviews, keeping people happy or safe. The location was great. The house needed some work, but to book a vacation and have half of the property not working correctly the entire stay is unacceptable. What's even more unacceptable is how the upper management has decided to deal with this.
