Destiny is located across the street from the pristine beaches and sparkling gulf waters. The Destiny Yacht Club (Club House) generously offers a large seasonally heated pool with a cascading waterfall, hot tub, restrooms, showers, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and basketball. Enjoy the convenience of the (6) passenger golf cart to explore all the nearby amenities, including upscale dining, boutique shopping, and recreational activities.



Only 350 yards to the beach to enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets with the sugar-white sands between your toes. Zip over to the beach in the golf cart or on the beach bike or take a (4) quick 4 minute stroll to the beach. The beach access has the convenience of the beach showers, restrooms, picnic tables & seasonal beach chair rentals.

The main level courtyard is a beautiful private oasis that seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor living. Five generously sized bedrooms are beautiful, classy, and blessed with tall ceilings, closets, and flat screen TV’s. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the upper level the other two on the main level. The Master Suite exudes opulence, with the king bed, private covered patio with seating for (2), a vibrant ensuite bathroom, private water closet, single vanity, shower, and large bright glam room. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest Bedroom #2 has (1) king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. Guest Bedroom #3 is on the main level with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower with shared covered patio with seating for (6). Guest Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with a full over full, also has two french door accessing the shared covered patio and has access to hallway Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There is also a den off the kitchen with a queen sleeper sofa near the powder room.



(2) Full-sized washers and dryers are located on both the main floor and 3rd floor.

• Parking - Designated Parking (1) spot in the garage and (3-4) vehicles in driveway, pending the size of the vehicles (No boats, trailers, RV’s or U-Hauls). No blocking the sidewalk. No parking on the grass or street.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
