Destin Pointe Resort is located at the point of the prestigious Holiday Isle between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. This home has it all- Location, pool, minutes to harbor walk, private beach! Beautiful direct lake view
This furnished home is ready to host you, your family and friends! This home is located in the secluded area Holiday at Destin Pointe. All the amenities you need without the crowds.
Punta VistaMare is in a private gated community and just a short stroll to the private beach. The home has two units that connects from the front and back of the house , the main kitchen is uptairs, four bedrooms, two living areas and it's own pool and hot tub! Feel like socializing and meeting new friends then enjoy the two large pools in Destin Pointe or join in on a basketball of tennis match both on site. There are bathrooms and showers just off the beach for you use as well. This home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.
What's provided: All kitchen wares, all bedding, soap and shampoo, everything you need just like home! Come relax and unwind at Punta VistaMare.
The sleeping arrangements are follows.
Upper Level:
1.- Master bedroom has a king bed.
2.- Bunk bed room has two sets of twin beds.
Lower Level:
3.- A king bedrooms or two extra long twins ( please notify us prior to arrivals as to how you would like that room set up)
4.- A queen bedroom
5.- A pullout queen sofa bed in the lower family room
6.- The pool and jacuzzi ( Same water-90 degrees Fahrenheit ) can be heated upon request during the winter season. The fee is $55 per day.

We had an incredible stay at Punta VistaMare! The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed . The location was perfect—just minutes from the gorgeous white-sand beaches, great restaurants, and everything Destin has to offer.The hosts were exceptional: friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay at Punta VistaMare again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

We love Destin pointe! This house was equal distance to each pool and beach front and one where your view is not obstructed by another house from the front porch. The backyard pool was private if we wanted to chill by ourselves. We loved it.

Paradise at punta vistamare

We enjoyed a relaxing spring break at punta vistamare. The house is cozy and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed ( we did pay to have it heated which was a good call for the season in which we visited).

Wonderful stay! The kitchen was extremely well stocked as we are a large family that prefers to cook rather than the long waits at restaurants. There was a small issue with the lick on the front door, but after a quick text with Jonathan it was fixed without a delay.

Great visit-Plan to return

Stayed with extended family (total of 7; 6 adults and one teenager). The kitchen was well stocked. Location was an easy walk to beach access. There’s two grocery stores within 1-2 miles. The neighborhood is gated and not much traffic. Great place to walk or ride bikes. Plan to stay again.

This home was perfect for our group! Jonathan was an excellent host, very reachable and responsive to all our needs! The area-short walk to the beach, community pools are beautiful but freezing (pretty sure they don't heat them), basketball and tennis courts are just ok, the subdivision is very clean. The house-could have been a little cleaner, but sufficed, kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and bakeware, even coffeee pods! But, nothing else for cooking, not even salt and pepper. There is lots of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, toys and a large wagon to tote it all in. There are some beach towels, but only 4, so bring some with you, glad I did! The pool, although small, was nice and warm, felt so good relaxing in the evenings! All in all, we would stay here again.

We had the best stay at Punta VistaMare (PVM). We’ve been coming to Destin for 10 years with our kids and have stayed at other properties in the past. No more. PVM is beautiful, safe, well kept, comfortable and convenient. The access to pools and beach are wonderful, as are the balconies to watch the world go by. I will be happy to return to PVM.

Clean and Organized

We had a wonderful time at Punta Vistamare. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very attentive to all of my questions. My kids enjoyed the pool and the community pool, too. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Would gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay

Our group really enjoyed staying at his house! This house felt like home! The location was great, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for the beach and it was in walking distance to the beach. The pool was a plus and we had lots of fun. The host was extremely nice and vey accommodating. We were greeted with a cute welcome sign and gift so thoughtful and sweet! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Cozy Beach getaway

Excellent location, with lots of opportunities to get in the water, both pool side or seaside. The home was beyond our expectations with everything you could possibly need for a great beach get away. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Location was on point. The neighbor was quiet, pleasant and easy to navigate. We would rent again! Johnathan was great to communicate with. He answered all of my questions and made sure our stay was the best. The home was better than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, loved the decks, pool and short 10 minute walk to the most amazing beach we'd ever seen. We are already trying to figure out how we can go again!!!

Great

The house was very nice, updated, and well stocked. The setup is a bit to get used to though, as there is no inside passage between the 2 levels. Had to go outside to go upstairs and downstairs. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers so it was fine for us. The property is very nice and well located to the activities around Destin.

Destin Point house 9.5/10

The only thing that surprised us was there is no stairwell inside that connects the upstairs from downstairs. We had the pool heated and it was very warm so that turned out fantastic! There is also two really nice communal pools that come with the property!
