DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO! You will love the SPACE at 'Crystal Breeze' - this 3800 sq. ft. LUXURY beach home complete with a huge great room and a large game room located in the upscale Crystal Shores neighborhood in Crystal Beach. The long driveway has plenty of room for parking up to 7 cars.

The main house features a LARGE gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; an oversized great room with soaring vaulted ceilings; french doors that flow on to the pool and porch areas with tons of outdoor dining space; a movie thrater game room complete with POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, TABLE TENNIS, FOOSBALL, & theater seating along with a 120 inch screen with movie theater quality surround sound. The long driveway also has plenty of room for parking up to 7 cars and an ADJUSTABLE BASKETBALL HOOP.

Outdoors there is a fire pit, brand new built in barbeque, outdoor television, and outdoor seating. All surrounding a pool with a basketball hoop. There is also a brand new jacuzzi.

The main house has four bedrooms and an enclosed hallway bunk room( good for kids), and three baths. The master bedroom includes a walk in closet, a bathroom with dual sinks, tub, large shower and french doors leading on to one of the many decks. All bathrooms have upgraded shower heads. The layout of the main house is:

1st floor: movie theater, great room which includes living room/dining room/kitchen, and the master bedroom with ensuite bath. There is also a queen bedroom on the 1st floor and a hallway bathroom that the queen bedroom would use and the great room.

2nd floor: king bedroom with a patio and gulf views, hallway twin bunk space (good for kids), and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds. The two bedrooms upstairs and bunk space would share a hallway bathroom.

The carriage house is on the pool side of the house with its' own entrance and there is a set of stairs up to the carriage house (it is on the second floor). It features a morning bar (refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker), two private bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) and a full bathroom that the two bedrooms would share. There is also a living room/sleeping area including a murphy bed with a full mattress, so the room can be used as a living room during the day and as a bedroom at night.

Large porches wrap around the home and are perfect for enjoying the private heated (pool heat is optional for an additional cost) pool with three spillover waterfalls, cooking out on the gas grill or unwinding after a long day at the beach. There is also a jacuzzi in another section of the patio. The long paved driveway can accommodate 7 cars so parking is never a problem. This home is perfect for large family or group gatherings. There is an outdoor shower at the pool for rinsing off after your day at the beach.

The house is located in an incredible location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, coffee shop and more. Directly in front of the house is a 5 mile strand/path that is great for walking, running, biking, and roller blading.

Bedding: Three kings (including master) and two queens (all upgraded mattresses); six bunks (twin sized), and two chair and a half sleepers(twin-sized sleeper) in the king bedrooms; carriage house living room/sleeping area has a murphy bed with a full mattress. All sleepers and bunks feature upgraded mattresses. Home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings, cookware and linens.

Special Features: GAME ROOM with pool table, air hockey table tennis, foosball, and 120 inch screen with theater seating and surround sound. Massive kitchen in main house with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and vaulted ceilings; morning bar in carriage house; fenced yard with heated pool (pool heat is optional for an additional cost); GULF VIEWS from second floor; smart TV's in all bedrooms ; main house great room with 55 inch LCD flat screen tv.

High chair, pack and play, wagon, and beach chairs. Beach access is conveniently located across the street. Plenty of parking for 7 cars in the private brick paved driveway.

Golf Cart: Because local companies were charging our guests $165/day for golf carts we decided to do something about it. We went out and bought a fleet of golf carts for all of our houses (Harleman Vacation Rentals), and we now have them available for our guests to rent. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel you can cancel at anytime. We just fill the dates and when it fills we refund you 100%. We usually never have a hard time filling, especially in season March to October. However the shorter the notice the harder it can be to fill the dates.

Pool heat is optional. Recommended October through April. $40 per day/$280 per week (+tax).

Discounted Beach chair service: If you choose this option, vendors will set up two umbrellas and four chairs, Sunday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug the umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. It is particularly nice during the summer months when the beach can get quite crowded. This typically runs about $450 a week, through the vendor. But, because we have a contract with them we offer it to you for the steeply discounted rate of $225 + tax.

Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.
