Welcome to our spacious and updated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Hot Springs, Arkansas! This lovely home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped home while exploring the area.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There's plenty of seating at the large dining table, or you can relax on the comfortable couch and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

The sleeping arrangements in the house consist of 3 king beds that sleep 6 guests comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious and feature cozy bedding, ample storage space, and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The two bathrooms are updated and equipped with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.

One of the highlights of our property is the large backyard, which provides a peaceful and private retreat for guests with plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing.

Great location, clean home!

We stayed at this property and had a great experience. It was very clean and the owners paid a lot of attention to detail in making sure the property was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable.

Awesome stay

The rooms were spacious and the patio was perfect. The house was stocked with everything we needed. There is a perfect amount of furniture and decor. Adequate seating and table space for everyone. Beautiful/inviting decor, without being cluttered. It was the perfect place for us to hangout between outings and rest well for the next day. I absolutely would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable!

We stayed for 2 nights while in town for a volleyball tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding as well! Would definitely recommend!

great spot next to Oaklawn

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Oaklawn for the horse races and loved the neighborhood; convenience; cleanliness and furnishings; big kitchen and comfy beds. Very pleased--we will be looking to stay here again and recommending this listing to friends.

Bungalow close to Oaklawn

Enjoyed the proximity to Oaklawn and the 50’s mid century style! Beds were great and so was the outdoor back porch.

Girls trip

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had superior water pressure! Location was great. The backyard is so pretty. Loved sitting out there drinking coffee! The only thing we missed was an extra blanket or two.

Nice and Clean

We loved this house. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. The back porch area was super nice. I liked the double driveway as well. I would definitely stay again.

Mid century sweetness

This Home is just as described ! It’s so beautiful, has charm and is very comfortable. We Loved the style and really enjoyed sitting out back on the patio. We will definitely be back when in hot springs! Thank you again !

Great property

Great property. DEFINITE transitional neighborhood but very safe. Neighbors have a loud barking dog that they let out late and go to the brink of late hours. Property have put up a very high privacy fence. Everything is so neat. Need more dishes. Towels and all provided amenities are A+. Beds are super comfy.

Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood

As we were there to gamble, great location for my group. Very close to Oaklawn Park and the casino and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and check-in was a breeze. The code for the front door was sent in a timely matter. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. There were only two negative things with the house. The bedroom and bathroom doors would hang due to the foundation shifting I suppose. This is an older house and not that big of a deal but was very noisy early in the morning when others were trying to sleep. Also, the furnace was in the closet of one of the bathrooms. It was very noisy when it turned on. I'm not going to knock my rating because of this but feel potential renters should know. All in all a great little place and would rent again.
