Great stay for the family, enjoyed coffee on the front porch, comfortable beds, walking distance to the horse races and great tacos. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional home away from home, very cozy and in a great location. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the host went above and beyond to make sure there was everything needed to have a great stay.

Enjoyed a quick lake trip and this house was the perfect fit for us. Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. Loved the decor! Easy to communicate with the owner. Will definitely stay again.

We appreciated the attentiveness received every step of the way in all subjects of our vacation stay. We were not alone in a new place. Loved the location to amenities and the neighborhood and surroundings were quiet and comfortable and felt safe. The sharing and caring was invaluable, attention to detail precious. Would come back to our home away from home and recommend this unique stay to and for others. Thank you for everything and trust to visit again soon and wish this location to be available.

Nice place to stay while visiting the national park and other attractions. Older house that has been added onto and the floor plan is quirky as a result, but they’ve taken good care of it. Nice backyard with fire pit! Kids loved the game room and played a lot of skeeball.

Our stay was wonderful! Only a 6 minute walk to the horse track & perfect set up for our 4 kids (ages 1-6). Property was very clean & communication was great!

Very nice backyard!!! Kids loved the fire pit!!! Very close to water park and downtown Hot springs When in town definitely go to the Ohio Club!!! And there was a local pool hall like 5 minutes away from the house!!!!

A Great Spot for families

We really appreciated the quick response when we had questions. The location was great for us. The house and accommodations were very comfortable for my family. My teens and young adults appreciated the game room and tvs in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. It was clean and all necessities were there. We definitely would stay again.

Clean, great beds, great rate

We came to town for a wedding at Anthony Chapel and loved how it is not far from the bathhouse row and a pretty drive to the lake the other direction. Yes, it is conveniently close to the casino/track.The beds are all new with nice clean bedding and plenty of extra blankets. Lots of towels and dishes. The house was overall really clean and fresh updates. Love me the coffee in the morning!

Gave one star because I could not give a zero. We have stayed at many VRBO rentals in the past and have never come across a place so grossly misrepresented. Online pictures appear to be AI generated as they are nothing like the actual place. There are many issues. Crumbling broken steps leading up to the porch. Broken blinds in many of the windows and doors prohibiting privacy. The yard is an overgrown disaster of weeds and a crumbling retaining wall with a storm shelter that is hazard for children. Umbrella is broken over table. Sulfur smell in the laundry room. Mold in the shower. Floor in the master bedroom sags when walked on. Game room is child size. Living room had a shimmery gold material tacked to one entire wall with a tacky florescent sign that turned the entire room pink. Nauseating perfume smell throughout the house. The list goes on and on. Contact with the owner was unpleasant with him saying there were no issues and he had time stamped pictures. We have pictures of when we got there as well as before we left. We had booked a two night stay but left after one night, horrified that we had stayed. The owner said he had processed a refund for the 2nd night but it never happened. He said we spread towels around and threw toilet paper around and stole supplies - none of which happened. I hope this prevents other people from using this property. It looks nothing like the photos online. It is a dump!!!

Such a fun house! It is in a great location and has a very large backyard, which was nice even though we didn’t travel with our pets, we appreciated the yard. It had everything we needed and Laikin super helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately Jason was told we’d let him know if it was ready early and instead he forced his way in. We still had some things to finish up. :(
