Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home lovely, well-located, and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. It’s also great to know you found the kitchen well stocked and easy to use. Regarding the concerns about allergies, the home is clearly listed as pet-friendly across multiple booking details and descriptions, and this information is provided prior to reservation. At no point prior to or during the stay were any children’s allergies communicated to our team, which would have allowed us to offer alternative options or discuss more suitable accommodations. We do understand how challenging allergies can be, and we always encourage guests with sensitivities to reach out in advance so we can help guide them to the best possible fit. Thank you again for your stay and your feedback—we appreciate it and wish your family all the best.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you had a great time and enjoyed the house overall. We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the upstairs bonus room — both the cooling and lack of window treatments. That feedback is very helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to the property owner for consideration and improvement. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back again soon for an even more comfortable stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear our management team was responsive and that you enjoyed the multiple living areas and adult-friendly sleeping arrangements. We truly appreciate your comments regarding the home’s condition and cleanliness. Your observations about the walls, ceilings, and floors have been noted and will be shared with our maintenance and cleaning teams for review, especially as we evaluate the home following the season. Guest feedback like this helps us identify areas where improvements are needed. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide an even better experience in the future.

Dear Kellie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at Southern Comfort. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the high standards we set for every guest. At Sand Dollar One, we pride ourselves on having some of the most thorough cleaning protocols on 30A. Each home is inspected three times prior to guest arrival, with approval required from multiple teams to ensure everything is guest-ready. It’s clear from your comments that we fell short in your case, and for that, we sincerely apologize. When I personally visited to assist with the golf cart battery issue, I was unaware of the other concerns you had experienced. Once you shared them, just two days before your departure, I offered to send both our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to address the issues. I understand you felt it was too late at that point, and I respect your decision. As I mentioned during our conversation, we have covered the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgment that your experience did not meet expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve and ensure our future guests enjoy the exceptional experience we strive to deliver. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to do better. Warm regards, Sand Dollar One
