Immediately after your stay, we noticed a slipcover was missing and, after thoroughly checking the home and reviewing timestamped photos, we were unable to locate it. Per the signed agreement, the card on file was temporarily charged as a precaution while we continued investigating. Once a different slipcover was found that worked for the home, we immediately refunded your card as a gesture of goodwill. Our guest services manager was in touch with you throughout it all.
