We are taking your 30A experience to the next level by providing you with five beach cruisers to explore the area in style. Pedal your way to Seaside in just 3 minutes. The main living space of the home is located on the second floor with a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms With seating for 10 around the kitchen island, you will have plenty of room for family and friends to gather, chat, and enjoy delicious meals. And of course, we have got stainless steel appliances that add a touch of elegance and functionality to this fabulous space. Now, here is a feature that will surely make a splash—the stand-alone ice maker. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is cozy with a couch that comfortably seats four accompanied by a side chair for that extra seating option. It is the perfect setup for movie nights, game days, or simply lounging around and enjoying each others company. The shared full bathroom serves both the living room and two of the bedrooms, offering convenience for all. You will find a tub-shower combo and a single sink. Two queen bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for a good nights sleep, while a king bedroom takes luxury to the next level. The king bedroom even comes with its very own en suite including a tiled glass walk-in shower and a single sink. The third floor loft hosts two guests in two twin beds.

Tucked away neatly in the bathroom, you will find a stacked washer and dryer.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
5) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
