Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

We ended up extending an extra night as we enjoyed our stay at this house. Best surprise was the in cabinet ice maker ( separate from freezer)! This meant ice for the beach was ready for us each day!

Stay at Dogwood Delight

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Dogwood Delight. The location was perfect for walking around Seaside and Seagrove, and the house itself was beautiful! Perfect for a family vacation along with our dog.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was great for the kids, and beach entrance is just a short walk away, very easy to go up and back throughout the day. The town square and restaurants are a short walk as well. Would stay here again.

Nice house

Just know when it says bedrooms on first floor it is the lower floor and that is all on that floor. Living areas are all upstairs. Housekeeping needs to step it up, very inconsistent as far as towels and toiletries.

30-A friends trip

Perfect weather, nice house, amenities supported our group of 8 very well. Great beach access with a nice pool. One trash can liner and one roll of paper towels seemed a little odd for the price we were paying. Overall a nice time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time- perfect for two families. Nice open living area- great porches- large yard/space- pool was great. Truly one block from the beach and one block from Seaside. Not a high traffic street which was also a plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous!!

Wonderful House. Large open rooms. Love the family room on second floor. Large kitchen where more than one cook can work at same time. The porches and the backyard pool area was everybody’s favorite. Location of house was absolutely perfect. Only 3 minutes walk to beach and Seaside Town Square. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, tea bags, cooking oil, etc. in the house when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Dogwood Delight with my immediate family of 5. We were all very comfortable, including my fur babies. This home is in a great location set on a large, fenced in yard. Very convenient location just outside of Seaside. We did not get into our car once during our entire stay. We rode bikes on the trails and walked into town daily. We loved our stay.

Perfect home in the heart of 30a

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short walk to the beach (practically across the street) and a few blocks down to seaside. There is a Publix a mile or two for groceries. The house is beautiful and he’s are extremely comfortable. The management company was quick to respond for anything we needed. We rented a golf cart which they delivered and picked up. We’d definitely stay again

Dogwood Disaster

My husband and I just returned from two nightmarish weeks at this property . Be aware that there are two huge construction projects going on across two streets and several abandoned properties as well surrounding this home. Heavy equipment and power tool noise, radios, and people screaming non stop from 7 am to 6 pm six days a week . Trucks, vans, and heavy equipment blocked the street and our driveway and the street multiple times a day. Workers came in the yard unannounced and left the gate open on two separate occasions. Our dogs got into the street as a result. In addition to the noise, all outside seating areas are covered in a thick coating of dust. The yard has not been maintained in a long time and is covered in tree debris. The private pool is right next to a carriage house that has a semi permanent renter. The description of furnishings and appliances as high end is a joke. Builder grade and worn out is a better description. There were a multitude of small annoying repairs that needed to be made and were promptly handled leaving us to think this property has not been maintained for some time. We made our reservation in December and were never notified of the construction during the four months prior to our stay. We had plenty of time to pick another property if we had only been given the opportunity. Please keep looking and don’t rent this one this summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here last week with our grown kids and a little furbaby rescue. It was a perfect view of the 4th fireworks just sitting off the kitchen porch which made it easy to periodically run inside to calm our rescue's nerves. The house is located on a double lot so it affords more privacy with plenty of room for the pup to explore and do her business. The house was immaculate* and very well equipped, including 2 grills, so no need to fight the crowds at local restaurants! But if desired, Modica's Market has the best (and the largest) homemade crabcakes and mouthwatering bakery items, among many things. The pool was wonderful +++, especially since riptides has made ocean swimming unsafe; floats are there, if needed, and bikes are also available on the property for use. The only changes we would have made were the mattresses on the ground level. All were extremely, extremely soft. The 2 daybeds on the top level were firm. I know mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference but just want to give a heads-up if another group is planning ahead for sleeping arrangements. * As mentioned above, the house was immaculate and every perceived need available, at least for the first few days. There is a wonderful porch swing that we all enjoyed but would suggest that the cushions be vacuumed and any wood area be dusted. The roads aren't paved and were extremely dusty so all the porch furniture could use a weekly or, at least, a bi-monthly dusting. Overall, a great trip!
