- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
-1 Block to Dogwood/Thyme Beach Access. Beach service available at this entrance.
-1 Block to Seaside and 2 Min Bike Ride to the Seaside Shopping and Dining District. You will be close to all the popular 30A spots while still enjoying a quiet part of the neighborhood. Best of both worlds!

There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
