This is a great 2nd & 3rd floor unit located just a 1/2 block from the famous boardwalk and beach. Situated between the two major Morey piers, you are minutes from family fun! The unique 5 bedroom layout, offers over 1,500 SF of space so large or multiple families can stay together. The 3rd-floor is filled with fun and games that kids/teenagers will enjoy, along with more sleeping space! This has a complete kitchen, a laundry room, 2 full bathrooms, porch/deck, and shared outdoor shed & BBQ.

Full Kitchen, Laundry room in the apartment, 2 full bathrooms, large dining room table. Shared BBQ outside. Front porch and back deck for outdoor enjoyment.

The unit is equipped with a Nest Thermostat for Heat (not that it is needed) along with (7) Mini Split HVAC units w/ individual remote controls to provide Heat or Cold throughout unit. Each bedroom will also have a fan with remote also.

NOTE: The back yard is shared space which contains a shed. This shed will be available to renters and there will be several lawn chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, speakers, and sand toys available for use. There will be (2) new outside enclosed showers available for use to rinse yourself from sand after the beach. There is also a Webber BBQ grill available for shared use.

Neighborhood Description:
Directly across from a Catholic Church. The block is quieter with many new multi-unit homes and some small hotels. There are several parking lots at the end of the block. Boardwalk and beach is 1/2 block (5 buildings) away.

We are within walking distance to most restaurants, like OCP, Good Night Irene's, Jersey Girl, Nino's, Stewart's, Angelo's, Sam's Pizza, Macks Pizza and many more. A short drive (or long walk) can get you to popular pub style restaurants like Dog Tooth, Mud Hen, and 2 Mile Landing (which all have parking). ACME, CVS and liquor stores are a few blocks, but recommend driving to those or using Uber.

Getting Around:
This house is (1/2) block from the beach and boardwalk. The beach is FREE to use. You are located between 2 amusement piers (Morey Piers) which contain everything from water parks, amusement rides, games, and all kinds of food. There is so much to see and do. Bike riding on the 2-mile boardwalk in the mornings is very popular. There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the boardwalk - including coffee stores, breakfast stores, and ranging from Tacos to Italians with plenty of Pizza places in between. There are several miniature golf courses located on the boardwalk and around town. You are walking distance to a ton of restaurants and pubs. You honestly would not need to use your car very much. There are plenty of places that will deliver food to the home. Parking can be a challenge. There are plenty of parking lots throughout wildwood that vary in price. There are several just on the same block as the house. Otherwise, there is street side parking that is metered. You can pay using an app.

Wildwood offers a beach taxi. They are opening between 10am - 4:30pm every day. You need to call and schedule a time in advance to be picked up as you enter the beach. The cost is $1 for veterans, $2 for seniors citizens, special needs and children, $3 for everyone else. You and your beach items will be driven to a place at the beach near the water do you don't have to do the walking. You can also schedule a pick-up time as well.

NOTE: Each unit will provide (1) parking pass that can be used at most meters in the wildwood city area -- that needs to be displayed on the dash and will not require you to pay at the meter.

Greatest family house of all time

The kids in my trip loved this house so much. They were comfortable, they had fun, the house was fully stocked in every way. The proximity to the beach is unmatched and the toys and beach supplies the host offers are incredible. I hope we get to stay here again someday.

Sweet Sixteen Success

We took our daughter and 10 of her friends to WW to celebrate her sweet sixteen. It was the perfect set up! The girls had the upstairs as their hangout space and it was the easiest walk to the beach and boardwalk. There were so many games in the house and indoor/outdoor areas to chill. We loved it. Check in and check out was super easy plus we had great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Trip to wildwood

Our group was blown away by this property! We visited Wildwood mid June with two other couples and our 4 combined littles. There was more than enough room for all three families. This house has been recently renovated and is full of charm. It is decorated beautifully and no corners are cut. Each room has just about everything you could need including individual speakers, chargers, TVs and AC units. The kitchen is clean and stocked with coffee, coffee makers, pantry staples, dishes and quality cook wear. The second floor attic has been beautifully redone to include a full bathroom, gaming room and a separate bedroom. The outside area was equally as fantastic. We brought alot of items with us to be safe that we didn't end up needing because it was all there. The garage is stocked with many bikes, scooters, beach wagons, sand toys and beach chairs. The backyard has two tables with chairs, a gas grill and a smokeless fire pit. The owner obviously cares about the guest experience and it shows in every little detail. We loved our stay and David is a great host!

I am new to VRBO as a Host. However, I have frequently rented VRBO properties for family vacations. I currently live in Moorestown, NJ which is 90 minutes away from Wildwood. I have been visiting Wildwood on summers for the past 30 years. I finally bought a vacation home here and now a Host. I believe I bring with me a set of expectations that a renter would expect while also wanting to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. For these reasons I plan to continually invest back into the property by doing upgrades each year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a quieter block in Wildwood that has more residential units and full time owners. There has been a lot of new construction and renovations making this block more attractive. There is a huge church on the block which is a nice change of scenery and breaks up the row of houses. Also, where this house is located is a short 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk. Once on the boardwalk you are centrally located between the (2) piers and at the best location where most activities/events/shows take place. Everyone that knows Wildwood talk highly of the Greenwood Ave locations/proximity.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The building was built in 1920. For the most part is has remained the same. It has good bones and has a large footprint. Today's buildings would not be as big due to rules of height/setbacks and not being able to use the 1st floor for anything but garage/driveway space. Over the past few months the building has gone through a lot of renovations. The outcome is nice and balances the coziness of the older home with the modern luxury you expect today. Several bathrooms have been updated, Kitchens have been remodeled, new light fixtures throughout, new appliances, Smart home devices, new tv's on walls, and so forth. When you see the photos you will understand that this is a unique property. It has been stocked with all the things you will need on a vacation to assist in your time of relaxation. Even if the weather changes and rain keeps you inside, you will not be bored in this home. Every year more improvements will be done to the property making it even better.
