A 1500 sq ft two-story condo just 2 blocks from the beach!

With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, we offer spacious sleeping for up to 14 guests!! Three of our bedrooms are upstairs along with one bathroom. The remaining bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs along with our laundry room.

-65" smart TV in the living room with all your favorite streaming apps.
-Two large living room couches which pull out into full sized beds if needed.
-Pac Man arcade game in the living room to keep the kids busy until you hit the boardwalk!
-Beach chairs and umbrellas located directly on the beach in our newly reserved beach box!
-Freshly washed linens and bath towels. Our cleaners will have the beds neatly made for your arrival.
-Baby gear to minimize your packing (baby gate, pack-n-play, bottle warmer, highchair, full-size stroller, and toys)
-Propane provided grill for use in the backyard with steps in the rear of the home for direct access.

Easy access and check in, this was a nice place for family time at the beach. On street parking was easier in the evening than expected, and we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped - check pantry before shopping, as many items were in the cabinet! Plenty of towels and beds for everyone. Great stay.

Family Vacation

Wonderful new property manager, who was very easy to work with. Property was at a great location, in a great neighborhood, very roomy for all 12 of us!!! Only suggestion is for televisions to be in the bedrooms not just the living area. We had a great time and it was a wonderful experience!!!

Amazing Stay

Alexandra was a great host! The house was nice and clean, beds were mad, and kitchen utensils/pans were clean and ready to use. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were really nice. A little bit of confusion about the parking but everything else was wonderful! Will be staying again.

Nice, but could b better

This rental was in a good location especially for older kids—short walk to the boardwalk and beach. I liked that it slept a lot of people, that there was a washer/dryer, and that there were 2 showers. The owners seemed nice. For the price I paid, it could be better: there were broken stools for seating in the kitchen, there was 1 TV, and there was a broken box spring under 1 of the queen beds.

It was definitely not what we expected

I'll start with the positive, then list the negatives. Positives included the fact that the property is within walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk, and from Poppi's Brick Oven Pizza, which was great, we had dinner there 3 times. However, after the first day at the beach, which was OK, not great, we decided to drive to the nearby Wildwood Crest beach, much cleaner, nicer, a whole different experience. And now the negatives... To be clear, the unit is one of four in the building, relatively crammed, very small common space (living area). The unit was not completely clean and we did pay a specific cleaning fee, we had to wipe surfaces, cobwebs, etc. Some of the mattresses had stains on them, and the mattress covers in the bedroom downstairs were not clean. The bed frames in two of the bedrooms upstairs seemed to come apart, we had to be careful with the mattresses. The kitchen had no chairs or stools. We found 4 completely broken stools (which we could not use) behind the door in the washer/dryer area. The ad says "freshly renovated", but we found out that one bedroom had a large hole in the ceiling in the very tiny closet, the drawers in the downstairs bedroom were completely broken and unusable, and both showers leaked so we had to constantly mop the bathroom floors. There is a backyard, but we were told by the owner/renter downstairs that we're not supposed to use it, although there are stairs leading to the yard. The back yard had no outdoor furniture and was in need of a lot of "love", so we would not have used it anyway. All in all, we were disappointed, and the place was not cheap. For a similar cost, next time we will definitely get a single family house in Wildwood Crest, with a usable back yard.

understanding owner and perfect for a group of friends

Alexandra was very easy to work with and responsive to our comments and requests. There were a few minor issues with the AC unit and towels being left in the dryer from the stay before us, but she communicated everything well and updated us throughout our stay. This made the issues less noticeable. The location was pretty convenient and not a bad walk to the boardwalk and beach. I stayed with a group of 11 and all fit nicely. The only thing we would've wished for was a dining/seating area but between the couches and kitchen, it wasn't too much of a problem for us. It's not glamorous but it was functional and served for a great week in wildwood. We would all definitely recommend this location to friend groups or families.

Would think twice if renting with a family but great for singles or couples

Our stay here was not what we had expected. I will preface my review with the fact that the owners were very responsive and kind. I am writing an in depth review of our stay because this was my first time staying at a property with no reviews listed on vrbo. I didn’t think twice because it said it was a new listing but I realize reviews are so important. So here goes: There were many issues on our trip: -unit not being clean at check in even though with Covid this was of utmost importance -washer not working properly -central air not working properly -broken toaster -the unit is attached to another not owned by same owner and they rented to kids that were partying til 5am where we could not sleep and smoking where it made our unit reek -the listing says parking but there’s no house or driveway parking available. It’s street parking and there were times we could not find parking on the block and had to park farther away on another street Owners tried their best to address all of the issues and send repair people but we had to spend 4 of our 6 full days in the rental waiting for repair people. This is a great unit for singles or young couples but may not have been the best fit for our family with children.
