We booked the place based on great reviews and we were very happy to stay there. The location was excellent and we were able to see the sunset from the rooms. It was cleaned very well and they had beach gear to use. Also, the host responded to my question very quickly. Definitely we'd like to stay there again.

Great location right next to the beach and Belmont park. Fantastic ocean view. Property was as described and having a garage in a busy parking area was very convenient.The checkin process was simple, and the hosts were super quick to reply to any questions. We had a late flight, and they were nice enough to give us a later checkout. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment for our needs! Very clean and with 2 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, it was just right for the two of us and my small service animal. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The elevator (we’re getting older and don’t do stairs well) delivered us practically to our door. The garage parking was a real plus as parking in the Mission Bay area is at a premium. If we go back to San Diego we will book it again!

It was 95 - 105 when we were there which was tough for all of us given there was no ac. It was miserable and borderline unsafe for our 1 year old. They don’t control the weather but refused refund or discount for the last half of the trip.With no blackouts/curtains at all, you can’t block the west facing sun as it bakes. You leave all the windows open for cross breeze but the roller coaster screams add a new element. You manage to get some rest but are woken up with the sunrise. We actually reached out to them to see if they could provide sheets or blackout curtains and they said sure and brought up fans (There was a floor fan for each bedroom). We went back and forth with messages but they never brought any because we never responded with how many fans there were in the house (we didn’t know because we weren’t there. While we didn’t know, we told them there was at least one. We weren’t home during messaging because we went to IKEA just to cool off. Regardless, we never got a solution.The place was fine otherwise besides the rugs. I’d bring some house shoes. The multiple codes for the garage, the elevator, and the door itself was slightly annoying. The elevator did smell a bit like pee but I don’t think that’s their fault/or that this property management company manages the whole building. All in, I would skip it.

We loved this place

The space is just as advertised, beds and couches are comfy, awesome direct views of the ocean and park, plenty to do nearby. Hosts are very attentive. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

Great location for Mission Beach/Belmont Park. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Would book again if staying in that area

The property was exactly as described. Everything you need for a few days on the beach is there; chairs, umbrella, towels etc. The condo was very clean and owner was very responsive. Steps to the ocean or bay. I definitely would rent it again.

We had a great stay

The condo was just as advertised. Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our one week stay. The property manager was very communicative, checked in with us to make sure all was ok, and responded quickly to a small maintenance need that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved location was close to beach and Belmont Park where parking is a nightmare for others but for us having garage parking and such close proximity to everything was awesome!!

Place was in a good location. A bit of road noise more so on weekends. Rental was very well stocked. One of the bedrooms just got too hot and even with fans was never cool enough for a decent night sleep.

Great beach property

The description of the property was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The view of the beach and park were spectacular. It was very close to restaurants and activities. The property owners checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Christmas vacation

The property was accurately described in the post. It was well maintained and stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies. I appreciated not having to buy dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. The location was great and I liked the extra security with the elevator and stair codes.

Great beach walk location

We had a great time at this spot. Centrally located on Mission beach. Walkable to most everything you need. Beach cruisers in the closet made for a longer outing and boogie boards kept us busy most of the day! Hosts were super responsive, check in was simple and easy. Condo was clean and as pictured. We left a bit of coffee for the next crew to take advantage of the coffee pot. Great place to sleep and even better if you want to spend your time at the beach or Belmont park. Thanks a bunch and we definitely recommend the stay! Cheers!

Great stay

The location,description and appearance of the property were all just as listed. They do mention the parking situation in the listing and they were not wrong. Parking is a challenge if taking a large vehicle as our truck did not fit. The property management responded very quickly and offered options nearby for free and paid parking and it was a short walk away for free parking. The location could not be better. It can get a bit noisy at night on the weekends but that is expected being right next to Belmont Park. Our family had a great time and would definitely return if coming back to San Diego.

I have had a few issues with VRBO hosts and bookings in the past. But, I was very pleasantly surprised this time.The host was the best I have dealt with. One of the showers had a slow drain and someone came and fixed it right away. They were extremely attentive and helpful overall. The condo was really nice, had the most complete stock of kitchen items I have seen, excellent beach related items and a great view.My original booking with a different property cancelled on me with less than a month to find something else, so I am ecstatic with how wonderful this ended up. It restored my faith in VRBO.
