• San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission—some airplane noise may be heard. No flights between 11:30 PM–6:30 AM.
• Parking in Mission Beach is tight—please confirm garage dimensions before arrival.
• This is the lower unit of a duplex. Sleeping areas do not share a wall with the upstairs unit.
• Like many homes in the area, there is no AC. The coastal climate stays comfortable year-round with ocean breezes and fans provided. Central heat is available for cooler months.
