- Upstairs Main Living: Queen sleeper sofa

- Full Bathroom 2: Guest bathroom (between the two downstairs guest bedrooms)
KITCHEN:
- Our well-appointed kitchen includes large refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip, but bring your own coffee), ice maker, toaster, blender and of course a disposal! If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a Blackstone style griddle grill (propane) placed in the screened in porch with great views of the lake. We provide the basic salt, pepper, a few spice combos, and oil, but please bring any special ingredients or kitchen equipment you need.
UPSTAIRS MAIN LIVING ROOM:
- 50’’ Roku Smart TV. Queen sleeper sofa, conversational chairs. Living room opens to the kitchen bar area with 2 barstool seats, and table for 6 in the adjacent dining room.
DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM (also can be used as 4th bedroom)
- Great for family groups with children who would like their own play space or for larger groups, the downstairs living area provides it’s own space with 50’’ Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, game or dining table for 4-6, and laundry area with plenty of space for our 2 premium queen blow up mattresses.
3 OUTDOOR DECKS (all with panoramic lake views)
- Enjoy outdoor dining on the partially covered dining deck with panoramic lake views
- Star gazing deck with Adirondack chairs and
- covered screened in patio with two fans to escape some heat while still being outside. Blackstone grill & light seating here.

- Private onsite above ground pool 16x10x4 coming June 5th, 2025. Will be placed by the hot tub in the yard.

Getting Around:
Please be careful driving around with large amounts of deer (especially at night) and curvy roads in the neighborhood. Our location offers easy and quick access to so many of the local amenities. Uber & Lyft can pickup from here during daylight, but plan for 30-60 minute wait times. Night pickups can sometimes be a challenge.

Great views of the lake. Beautifully maintained pool. We loved seeing the local wildlife, deer and a fox. The house layout is great. There was an issue with one of the AC units and they got a technician out FAST to correct the issue. We were unable to get the fire pit going, but other than that very minor issue, a wonderful stay!

Great house & deck space
Super cute well appointed home with amazing deck space! Deer everywhere, close to pools, tubing, river, fishing, New Braunfels restaurants and water parks! Definitely coming back

Very nice location to scape from the city, house has lots of space for everyone, very quiet neighborhood it was dusty tho other than that we had a very nice stayed there. Couldn’t enjoy the lake since the label of water was very low but we visited other park near by .

It was a great house. With great views of the lake. First day we went to the public pool for free. My autistic son loved it. It was 5ft deep. Used the outdoor grill to grill some burgers. House was big enough to fit 10 people comfortably. A lot of deers roaming in the neighborhood. Overall experience was great. I would most definitely book the house again for a longer stay. We only stayed basically overnight to enjoy canyon lake. We went to canyon lake on our leave day. Canyon lake was a very clean. Water was clear. Highly recommend renting this house

Overall our stay was very pleasant, the description specified 4 bed rooms upon arrival we found out that the lower living room had a pullout couch make it a room. Description could be improved to make it more clear of the room layout.

The bedroom locks just like any other bedroom, and the couch is a full queen bed with memory foam, plus several options for premium full height blow up mattresses

Amazing!
This house is so nice. The photos of the views from the house inside and also out on the expansive deck areas don’t do it justice.
Our family relaxed on the decks fire pit, and enjoyed the hot tub - even that had a small view of the lake! We hiked around the local lake and rivers, and enjoyed Gruene for live music and entertainment.
Will definitely be coming back to float the Guadalupe nearby when it heats up! We love this place

Perfect Lake House!
Perfect lake house for a couple, small family or big group. The house is loaded with everything you need for a short or long stay and in a great central location. The massive wrap around deck is impressive & really beautiful day or night with views of the lake. It was very nice sitting on the deck for the sunrise and sunset was special and at night you could see so many stars. There were deer everywhere and it was very entertaining. Bed, pillows, & sofa are very comfortable. Water pressure is perfect as well. It was very hot while we were here and the AC was perfect & the entire house was very comfortable. There is a huge driveway that can fit multiple cars. Wifi was very fast which is important to me as I need to work when on vacation. We were "truly" able to disconnect, relax, and this is exactly what we were searching for & we absolutely loved every minute of our stay.
