Upon arriving at “On Top of the World”, you’ll instantly be captivated by the spectacular views, convenient semi-circle driveway that contains covered parking, as well as plenty of space for boats or other water craft for those intending to enjoy a fun afternoon on the waters of Canyon Lake.

Step through the welcoming, iron-rimmed double doors that expand outwards to the bright, airy main living area. The living room showcases numerous windows and plush upholstered sofas/chairs perfect for relaxing in front of the ornamental, stone-surrounded fireplace. The unique wooden accent ceiling, handpicked décor, and wood trim windows add to the southwestern, rustic elegance, before leading to the bright, natural lit dining room with access to the upper deck.

The spacious kitchen and dining room provides all that is needed to whip up a feast, or simply brew a morning cup of coffee. The dining area offers seating for eight, perfect for family meals. The living space offers an abundance of natural light, an amazing wood ceiling, stone fireplace, and picturesque views. With comfortable seating guests will find this space warm and welcoming all year around.

The main level offers two roomy bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom, featuring stunning views, natural lighting with decorated shelving, and a full-size futon, is also complete with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a lovely marble bathtub with a walk-in shower located next to it. The next bedroom boasts two twin beds containing an attached bathroom. Each bedroom is expertly decorated with personal touches to ensure guests feel right at home and guarantee comfort. Leave the shades open and wake up to a glorious sunrise, or close them and spend a restful morning sleeping in.

“On Top of the World '' provides two levels of decks offering breathtaking views of the expansive, woodsy scenery, including the beautiful blue waters of Canyon Lake. The upper deck offers access to the master bedroom, with a private seating area that’s wonderful for rejuvenation while partaking in beautiful sunset views with a bottle of wine. Also, find a dining area to grill up favorites on the propane grill while appreciating the captivating views of the surrounding hill country landscapes. Relax on the lower deck with additional covered seating, plush sofas lined with cozy pillows. For those who want to bask in the breathtaking sun-drenched scenery or spend the evenings stargazing under a clear Texas sky comfortable lounge chairs are provided.

he lower level offers a game/bar area with an open concept environment consisting of an ornamental stone fireplace, additional comfort seating that surrounds a bar, foosball table, large screen television perfect for a movie or watching your favorite sports team. An added bonus, guests have access to the laundry room. Find two additional bedrooms each with a private work space on this level with interesting cork board accents. Bedroom one offers a king bed and the second bedroom offers a queen bed and multiple windows offering plenty of natural space for the space. A hall bath is available for these two bedrooms to share.
