Spend your days along the water sunbathing, collecting shells, and renting waterfront equipment like paddleboards and boats to make the most of your oceanside retreat. After a day of leisure activities, lounge about the glittering pool. Gather together to tell stories, dry off from the ocean, and play foosball in the spare space under the home. Read on the porch swing or lounge in the hammock to truly feel like you're away from it all.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Serve brunch on the expansive balcony so you can feel the sea breeze and truly feel your cares melting away. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen with ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Almost every bedroom boasts an entrance to the patio or decks.

Enjoyed our stay

House is as described. Pool is a comfortable size and great for kids to play in. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable home in Nags Head.

A lot of little maintenance fixes needed at the home that just hadn’t been reported to the cleaning and maintenance company. Vacasa was very helpful and responsive. I will be renting with them again.

Great getaway

Great location and neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Looked as pictured. 2nd level screen door didn’t work properly and the dishwasher had standing water in it maybe from a previous stay. Other than those minor things i had a wonderful time and would def rent again.

Not good

The pool was clean but that is my only good thing. Storm door had to be removed. Door lock broke couldn’t get in. Air conditioner didn’t work but was repaired and window units but in till then. Ice maker doesn’t work. I’m not a Karen but this was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. So close to everything. We like to drive on Oregon inlet and it is super close like 20 minutes.

Overall a very cozy, quiet, and pleasant house. Definitely worth the price. A couple of small things needing fixed, but nothing major.When scrolling through this listing i looked for amenities that were provided so that I didn’t pack unnecessary items. I was unable to find certain details so I will include them in my review. This house had plenty of bath towels, dishes/cooking utensils/pans, a keurig, bedding, nice pool with lounge chairs, toilet paper, and bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both showers. What it did not have: enough dish towels, paper towels/napkins, salt/pepper/any seasonings at all, throw blankets for couch/chairs in living room, beach items, a working vacuum, working lights in pool area for swimming and grilling out at night, kitchen/entrance rugs, bath mats/rugs, any type of screw driver (which we needed for many loose doors that would not shut tight). The only thing on this list that impacted the quality of our stay was the lighting situation. There ARE lights out there, just none of them were working. Hopefully they are all fixed for the next family. A couple of things for the next family staying - bring a screwdriver in case they don’t tighten the doors. The freezer leaks into the refrigerator so lay a towel down on the top shelf. Ask the host to get a new vacuum in there. Bring kitchen towels and spices. The man door at front entrance needs to be slammed to latch. Enjoy this comfortable house and the loved ones you came with!

Awful Experience

We arrived early as we allotted extra time traveling with a baby and we called for early check in which they refused and lied and said it was because the cleaning company has to come do a walk through and no one ever came. The pool was disgusting with a dead gecko in it and wasn’t running even though I had reached out before hand and was assured the pool would be up and running. They fixed it on our last day when it was pouring rain. The inside of the house was absolutely filthy and doors windows and cabinets were broken. All the beds squeak insanely loud even if you move an inch. They also said fenced in backyard but just the pool was fenced in so we had to leash our dogs the entire time and the grass hadn’t been mowed.

This was a sweet little house. The perfect size for our family of five and our dog. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. And the pool was in great condition. It was just a short drive to the beach and a quick walk to the sound. All of our problems came from dealing with the property management. When we arrive to check in, the unit had not been cleaned from the previous family. Dirty towels and sheets on the floor, food in the refrigerator, trash in all the trash cans. The property manager tried to say they were just busy and running behind but when housekeeping showed up 15 minutes later, it was obvious that they had missed the job. We were unable to check in for about two hours. It was very inconvenient as we had nowhere to unpack groceries or take our dog. The outside trash cans were full of trash and the grass hadn’t been mowed. We asked twice for someone to come and mow the yard so our dog could use it, but it never happened. Also around mid week the pool ran out of chlorine tabs. I asked them twice to bring chlorine and they never did. One of the stairs inside was broken and thankfully someone came to fix that because it was a trap hazard. The living room furniture could use a good cleaning. The grill didn’t work, which was disappointing because we had purchased groceries specifically to be grilled. A piece of railing came off of the deck, and we didn’t even bother calling about that because we were honestly tired of dealing with the property manager.

House yes, property management no

This was a sweet little house that was a perfect fit for our family of five and dog. The bedrooms were all clean, bathrooms were spotless, kitchen was well stocked. It’s a great location to the beach and walking distance to Jockey’s Ridge. The pool was clean and just the right size for what we needed. Our only issues were with the property management. When we arrived for our check-in at 4 o’clock, the place had not been cleaned from the previous family. Not touched at all. Housekeeping arrived around 15 minutes later But we needed to wait almost 2 hours before we could actually check in. It was frustrating because we couldn’t really go anywhere with our dog and a car full of food and other things that could melt in the heat. Several things needed immediate attention and not all of them were met. One of the steps inside was broken and thankfully someone came quickly to fix that. We did have to ask multiple times for someone to come and cut the grass because it was up to our knees and we couldn’t let our dog in the yard for fear of ticks. Unfortunately, no one ever came to cut the grass. The pool was also out of chlorine and I asked twice for someone to bring it, but no one ever came. The exterior decks are definitely showing some wear and tear. It would’ve been a beautiful spot to take in the views, but there was no outdoor furniture provided for the decks. A bit disappointing. Again it’s a great house, but the beginning of our trip started out so frustrating. Necessary request were not met, and the shabbiness of the exterior kept me from giving this a higher rating.

Cute but dirty

Location and house was cute but when we got there the sheets had stains, overall house was not very well maintained, window blinds put together by duct tape. The property owner reluctant to provide any compensation besides saying sorry it was like that.

Decent but missing a few things

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for 6. We had a very nice stay so take the below few items as suggested input, the house is still a good pick. The house had no room for storing dried foods so we had to rearrange a bit to unpack. Several needed items were stuffed in closets. There were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom and several missing light bulbs. Blinds are falling off and taped up in attempts to fix. The management company could do better here. Final item just as a warning. The stairs inside are a bit short so be careful, I slipped and fell the first morning until we all learned to take them sideways.

Great stay

House was cleanly, lovely quiet neighborhood. Vrbo provided a number for any assistance we might have needed. They were very responsive and helpful. The house is as pictured it was beautiful and well maintained. There were stains on the carpet but that is to be expected when allowing pets😊 overall a great experience for my four children, our dog, my husband and myself.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beachfront property! The location couldn't have been better— very close to the beach and walking distance from the Jockey Ridge. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house provided a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the downtown Nags Head activities and attractions. The house itself was very comfortable, offering plenty of space for our family (8 in total). The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making meal preparation a breeze, and the linen provided was plentiful. The pool was a fantastic advantage, especially for the kids who enjoyed it every day. Overall, our experience was fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway
