Vous tomberez amoureux de cette maison de salle de bains et de matelas de cuisine neuve récemment rénovée située sur la route de la plage! Le chalet est une disposition ouverte avec des planchers de tuiles et de tapis à travers la maison! 4 smart TV avec accÚs netflix. 65 pouces dans le salon et un systÚme audio Bose et WIFI GRATUIT pour vos besoins informatiques. Le loft et les deux chambres principales ont des téléviseurs dvd vcr disponibles en eux. 2 min à pied est l'un des meilleurs restaurants de Goombays avec une proximité des commerces et du cinéma. La plage est idéalement située à seulement 150 pieds devant le chalet!
Cette maison se loue le dimanche à 15h, départ le dimanche à 11h pendant la saison. Week-end ou semaine de tri Les locations sont autorisées lorsqu'elles sont disponibles.

This was our 2nd time renting the house. It’s in a great location with a short walk for kids to get to the beach. The pool is also a big plus. Overall great stay.

The property is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! It is a very convenient location that is near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also has a private pool and hot tub with the kids and I really enjoyed as well. I spoke to George a couple times and he was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Great host. Thank you!

The hot tub and pool were great, location is also good. A little walk down the road and across to the public beach access. House is missing some basic kitchen items such as measuring cups and spoons. Walls, vents, corners and areas beside dressers and such were caked in dust. There’s a hazardous step up in the driveway that 3 different people tripped over and one person injured themselves. It should be painted yellow for safety. Queen bedroom- floor is dipping down so you will feel like you’re sliding down the bed.

Great beach trip

This house is everything it says it is! Close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping! There was nothing better than coming back to the house and being able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. And my teenagers enjoyed it too! This was our second stay here and we'll be back!

This house was in a great location! Short walk across the street to the beach, so close to stores and restaurants! George responded within minutes if we ever had questions! Only small issue was the air-conditioning definitely needs work, upstairs gets very warm!

Family vacation

We were disappointed that there were not screens in a lot of the windows and all sliding doors. There were no locks on the sliding door and had wooden sticks to put in the door to prevent someone from opening them. The sticks and the area was very moldy so that was the biggest turn off. Other than that it was a great place to stay and had plenty of room for our guests. Thanks George.

We enjoyed our week renting Tsipas. The house was as good as advertised in the listing. Location was excellent (half a block to the public beach access, great food served next door) and George (the owner) was very easy to deal with. The entire process was completely painless. The house itself is in great shape and is nicely furnished. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but we could have comfortably used it to cook instead of going out. The pool and patio area were great! One or two days the ocean currents were pretty strong and people were advised not to go swimming, so we just came back to the house after the beach and swam there instead. The hot tub was great, too. Close walk to Goombays, Jolly Roger's and public beach access. Short drive to grocery stores, many restaurants, mini-golf/go-karts. Would recommend a visit to the Black Pelican. It's less than a 10 minute drive and the food and service was excellent. The line to get in fills up fast, so try to arrive by 6:30. Overall, we had a great visit and would recommend this rental.

Great location, great host, great stay.

The location of this property is great. You are central to everything which is a plus when you are traveling with unpredictable little ones. The property was exactly as listed, I only deducted one star on cleanliness because when we arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the cookware in the cabinets had clearly been stored without being thoroughly cleaned. The host mentioned a cleaning crew so maybe it was an oversight this time but important feedback to share nonetheless. Only other thing that was a slight negative to me was that you have to provide your own bed linens, towels, and bath mats. We were informed about the linens ahead of time so that is fair enough just not something I’ve encountered with past rentals. Again, not a deal breaker or anything just details that stood out. The host George was truly an amazing host. We didn’t realize that we’d want the pool heater on until our second day so we were prepared to be turned down and told we should’ve asked in advance. To our surprise George was very nice and accommodating and we were able to get the heater on for the kiddos to use the pool. I also had not received the messages via the VRBO app and he went above and beyond to get me the info. This was our first time traveling with our 8 month old and our 2 year old nephew and we couldn't have chosen a better place to make mistakes, feel overwhelmed, chase kids, etc. Overall this house reminded us all of our family vacation home in the Florida keys and made us nostalgic for summer days shared under the sun with cousins. ♄ Glad our kids got to experience something so similar to what we grew up with.

Nice central location. A very nice unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Unit could use a thorough cleaning. Unit was not as close to the beach as we were led to believe.. My wife and I are disabled and could never use the beach because it was too far to walk.

This house was the perfect spot! So close to the beach, restaurant next door (that isn't loud). The amenities for under 2 (high chair, tub, pack n play) was a big plus to not have to pack that. The pool and hot tub was a nice addition for some time away from the beach. You could even sign a shell and leave it which was a nice memory touch. Host was very kind and even let us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again!

LOCATION! LOCATION!

We come down for the Rod & Custom show each year, this is our 2nd time booking this home, the location is perfect if you like the busy part of Beach Rd. Right next door is Goombuy's Bar & Grill, may get a little loud on a party night, we love the house, Queen bed is nice & cozy, pool is great, jacuzzi as well! George is very pleasant to deal with, all of the amenities are great!
