Papakea K402 is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with welcoming tropical hues that greet you the moment you walk in. Beautifully furnished and decorated, K402 can accommodate up to 8 guests. The unit includes a split AC system and ceiling fans to stay cool after a long day in the sun. Modern furnishings, Maui-inspired designs, and artwork throughout the condo transport you to the perfect beachy abode where you can instantly unwind. A/C Notice: Please note that the split A/C system in Papakea K402 operates on a 6-hour timer. Guests will need to restart the system after each 6-hour cycle as needed during their stay.

Step through the sliding glass doors and find an open-concept living area featuring tile floors and vaulted ceilings. Relax and unwind on the comfortable couch, and enjoy the upscale furniture including a one of a kind resin top coffee table commissioned from local artist Cathleen McCandless. Watch your favorite show on the SmartTV, or whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and counter seating for 3. You can also find additional seating for 6 in the dining area. Under the stairway, there is a nook with an under-the-sea mural painted by local artist Jordan Keahi. You'll look forward to laying your head down at night in the master bedroom of your dreams. This luxurious space boasts vaulted ceilings, a California king-size bed, ocean views, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy a moment of solitude in the rocking chair overlooking the ocean views! The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Down the hallway, you'll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as a guest bedroom and bathroom. A comfortable queen-size bed with plenty of closet space, a ceiling fan, and a TV. Upstairs is the 3rd loft bedroom which includes two twin-size beds, a TV, and its own half bathroom. The perfect setup for larger groups traveling together! The loft is accented with fun under the sea creatures - see if you can find them all! All mattresses and box springs were replaced in November 2022.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the K Bldg is slated for 10/27-11/05/2026. Update as of 9/16/26: The schedule for the K building groud floor traffic coating project has been adjusted as follows: 10/30-12/10/26. No work 11/11-11/29/26.

· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.
