Kaanapali Royal does not offer free parking. There is a flat $154 parking fee per stay (not per day), which is paid when you register your vehicle at the Kaanapali Royal Office.
The one-time parking fee includes one parking space for your entire stay. A second vehicle must be approved in advance by the Kaanapali Royal manager. Golf carts and scooters are not permitted.

Very nice condo on a beautiful property

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo had a nice view of the property as well as the pool area and the ocean. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. The condo is walking distance to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. We definitely will return to this condo in the future.

An incredible visit!!

I don’t know where to begin to rave about our experience! From the stocked kitchen to the amazing location to the comfy beds

Property comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Nice pool, large living space and 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with most things needed to entertain and serve meals. Decor is a bit dated but property is clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor lanai, with a barbecue. It is a gated community which was nice.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic host

This was the most well maintained and well stocked rental home I have stayed in. It truly felt like being at home. In addition to the home being clean, organized, well stocked, the owner was so helpful in her communications. The location is great too! Highly recommend.

AMAZING

There are no words to describe this condo. This was more than a home away from home. It was clean, and offered a warm welcome. Natalie has thought of everything you would ever need, and it’s stocked and ready for use. Communication between natalie was flawless and super helpful. Great condo

This was a great unit in a really nice property. Great location in Ka’anapali overlooking the golf course. The pictures and description are very accurate of the unit. We had everything we needed in the condo, including beach gear. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay there again if we returned to Maui. The owner Natalie was very helpful and stayed in contact with us. She was very up to date on the latest restrictions and requirements to travel to Hawaii.

We were married on Maui 27 years ago on the beautiful grounds of the Sheraton overlooking Black Rock. We fell in love with Maui the year before on vacation and decided that Maui was going to be a big part of our lives. We bought our first Vacation Rental 26 years ago in Pismo Beach, Ca. In the past 26 years, we have mastered how to fully equipped a Vacation Rental, and knowing keeping them updated is very important.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We wanted to be close to the beach and near Whaler Village. It's where we love to hang out. We enjoy the walking path in front of the resorts and the golf course. Kaanapali Royal fits our needs and we are able to have the ocean views we wanted. We looked at many places and loved that Kaanapali Royal is not a skyrise building and is very quiet compared to the bigger condo complex. When we first saw our condo it felt like a home that we could maybe one day live in!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's a great place to Vacation with the Kids. Our kids were 2 and 3 years old when we purchased our piece of paradise. They're now 22 and 23 years old! When we're not out shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing at the Beach we're at the Pool or the Tennis Courts. At the end of the day, we like to BBQ on our Lanai or go to the BBQ at the poolside and finish off with a walk to the Village for some ice cream. The Kaanapali Royal has a safe home away from home feel where we can just relax and spend time being a Family.
