Everything was great. We saw turtles on the beach, and whales spouting! It was great to sit on balcony with the great view of ocean! We enjoyed all the extras that were available. Snorkel masks, noodles etc. pool was clean and warm!

Our family stayed here for 8 nights and had a great time. It was late May, and John, the host, sent a message that the beach in front of the condo may be rocky because of recent weather conditions. That worried us a bit, but after seeing the beach in person, I understand why he mentioned it. The beach changes a little bit every day with the waves, but always had plenty of sand. It’s a very nice beach that feels private. Don’t worry about the beach! A reef protects the shore and makes a calm place to swim and snorkel. We saw lots of turtles! There was 5 beach chairs in the closet along with umbrellas and some other beach stuff. It’s located close to a lot of good places to eat, so go discover! That was part of the fun. If you’re into snorkeling - Go to Honolua bay! It’s a short drive. The 5 minute trail through the forest is worth it even if you don’t snorkel.

We stayed for a week in this property and would love to stay again if given the opportunity. The views are outstanding. Whale sightseeing is easy--they sometimes appear right up close. Sea turtles are also frequent visitors. The condo was clean and inviting, close to a beach/park with a local coffee shop and bakery. The kitchen is small, but well stocked. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed studying the local lizard population. There are plenty of pool and beach supplies as well. Really it was the perfect arrangement and wish we could have stayed longer. Mahalo!

This situation was very unusual for us. When a concern was raised during their stay, we immediately offered a solution, but the guest declined us access to the condo to resolve the issue. This limited our ability to address the issue at all. Multiple attempts were made, all refused. We strive to provide excellent stays for our guests, and fortunately situations like this are extremely rare.

Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and the condo itself was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Since the comment did not specify whether the concern was related to the condo or the common areas, it’s possible it may have been related to the building grounds, which are maintained by the HOA. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us during their stay if anything is not satisfactory, as we’re happy to address concerns right away. The Nohonani is an absolute Gem and this unit specifically was incredible for my family; husband 7yr old daughter, 4yr old son and In Laws! The location truly cannot be beat. I have been coming to Maui, specifically staying at the Nohonani since I was a child and there is nowhere else I would stay. The views are unparalleled. We cannot wait to return!

Great condo, amazing views, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great setup for our group of 6 where we all had plenty of space and it was clean/equipped with everything we needed (including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels). The view from the balcony was incredible—we saw sea turtles every day and had the best view of the sunset. The beach right in front of the property had great snorkeling and a nice pool. We saw more turtles here than we did at Turtle Town. The location was also very convenient for walking to nearby shops. 10/10 would recommend and definitely hope to come back!

Family getaway

This was a very nice property. View was exceptional, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small but workable. It could use a few touch ups here and there but nothing to worry about.

Right place with right features

Enjoyed our stay. 4-generation group (88 years young to 5 years old) enjoyed family time, whales, honu, monk seals (twice), sand crabs, and the every-present surf. Pool time, fun time.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were able to enjoy watching whales and turtles from the lanai. It was a very convenient location too! Walkable and drivable to activities in the area! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!
