Good Ol' Boys Annual Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're a large group of friends and family, all guys that get together for some bird hunting, golf, river action and college football! Frio Family is absolutely the best ever at accomodating our needs and we've been doing this same trip for so many years, that we seen many management companies come and go and without question Nicole and Frio Family Getaway are hands down the best we've ever dealt with in all of Concan! Professional, yet personable, always pleasant, responsive, outgoing, easy to work with and just good people!

Great house and locaton

House is setup well for large groups, very nice backyard. Good river access, easy walk down to river. Private access was a great spot - very nice to have a reasonably deep pool instead of narrow or shallow rapids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good time and experience. Dish washer was not working the best. Dishes in the dish washer were not clean when we got there and it wasn't cleaning all the way through while we were there. Upstairs room that is furthest from the staircase does not get very cold. Maybe a mini split would be a good fix that isn't very expensive.

House was nice. A load of towels were left in the washer. The grass could have been mowed. The neighbors were nice & kept us updated on the flooding, as well as the property manager. The smoke detectors were absolutely annoying. We had a great time. I would recommend this house & I would stay here again.

We are really happy you enjoyed your stay. We can't mow with all the rain so I am sorry about that. We will take the rain any day we can. If the smoke alarms were beeping just reach out. We would have come and installed new batteries. We are always just a call away and will address any issues.

Great place on the river

There was 10 in our group. We were in for dove hunting and hanging out on the river. There was more than enough room for us and the house is very nice. Great to be able to walk down to the river and relax. Only issue with the rental is lack of sheets for the beds and towels. However this seems to be the new normal for houses in Concan. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Location!!! Best house in 20yrs on the Frio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location!! We had 3 families of 4 and property exceeded our expectations. House was fully stocked and housed all of us for 5 days. Rooms are in the corners so you still get some privacy if needed. FFG was extremely responsive on any questions that came up. We will be rebooking next year and the years to come.

We have been going to the Frio for 25years and this is by far the best house. This was our 2nd time renting this house and no need to even look anywhere else. 13 of us stayed and there was ample space for all. See ya next year On the Rocks!!!

Amazing River House

Each bedroom is quiet and private and has its own bathroom and shower. The living room and kitchen are open concept which is great for family gatherings. We will definitely rent this home again.
