The Space:
This newly constructed condo complex promotes an ecological, spiritual, and natural lifestyle coupled with modern comforts. Enjoy an eco-designed space blended with Tulumâs elements and natural textures, restoring your peace and calm during your vacation. The complex offers free parking, 24/7 security, Wi-Fi in the business center/co-work area, a gym, a shaded yoga loft, relaxing lounge and picnic areas, and a dog park, ensuring you'll never lack things to do. The common grounds are magical, designed to instill a sense of peace and a strong connection to nature. Wander the nature-inspired paths, relax by the pool with lounging areas, explore the two special cenotes, and enjoy numerous spaces to sprawl out, nap in a hammock, and immerse yourself in the outdoors.
Stepping into the condo thereâs a soothing natural open living space where the living, dining room, and kitchen are in view for quality time together. There are sliding glass doors to connect with the outdoors and a lovely sofa and lounge seating area.
One of the highlights of the condo is the private rooftop with an outdoor dining area, a grill, and a plunge pool with unique tree-top jungle views. This space is perfect for an afternoon barbecue after the beach and enjoying a nice refreshing cocktail in the pool.
Thereâs a fully-equipped kitchen with a sleek design and new appliances, and all the cookware youâd need to prepare healthy meals at home. Also, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for happy hour margaritas! Take a seat at the beautiful wood dining table that can accommodate 6 for a sit-down meal with laughter and good conversation. Plus thereâs extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar!
When itâs time to retire, there are 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, kitchenette, direct access to balcony & Smart TV
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with balcony access
The bathrooms are sleek with modern features, nice vanity space, and spacious stand-in showers with rainfall showerheads.
Thereâs a washer and dryer in the condo for added convenience.

Youâll have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex amenities.

Located in a beautiful new development just 3 mi | 4.5 km or an 8- min drive from the center of Tulum town and a 14-min drive to the beach. The property is in an area surrounded by lush jungle, with lots of pathways to nooks and hidden gems for a unique connection with nature and plenty of modern amenities.
Getting Around:
The property is about 39 km/24 mi from the new Tulum International Airport (TQO) or 120 km/75 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Tulum is experiencing high growth, so there's the potential to hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments as well as power outages due to a lack of infrastructure, both outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible.
- Guests must climb stairs to access certain areas of the condo.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a $25 USD weekly fixed electricity fee charge. It will be collected before arrival, during your stay, or post-departure. Our team will reach out to you to coordinate the payment.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. An additional charge of $25 USD (per pet) applies; max 2 pets per reservation.
