NOUVEAU NOM: Cette maison de ville s'appelait auparavant "Résidence Fairmont sur la rivière 229." Nouveau nom, même grande propriété!

Le 229 Shores se trouve dans un cadre magnifique sur la rivière bleue avec la gamme Tenmile en toile de fond. Il est juste en face du club de golf Breckenridge et à cinq minutes en voiture des pistes et du centre de Breckenridge. Vous allez adorer le calme et l’isolement (emplacement pourtant commode) de cette communauté résidentielle exclusive.

Cette belle 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains townhome est un excellent moyen de découvrir luxe à son meilleur. Il est l'endroit parfait pour des groupes de jusqu'à huit personnes. Vous adorerez vous rafraîchir dans le bain à remous privé après une bonne journée de ski dans la station de ski de renommée mondiale Breckenridge, située à quelques minutes de route du lotissement.

La grande salle combine un salon avec une cuisine ouverte et une table de salle à manger formelle. Une vue imprenable sur le magnifique plancher de cheminée en pierre de plafond et le '' TV LCD 42 ci-dessus, il en font un endroit idéal pour se détendre. La cuisine ouverte entièrement approvisionné a de beaux comptoirs en granit, armoires sur mesure en aulne, un grade professionnel à quatre brûleurs cuisinière en plus d'une plaque chauffante, et une batterie de cuisine haut-de-gamme. La table à manger peut accueillir huit personnes et il y a de la place pour trois autres personnes au comptoir.

Aventurez-vous sur le patio dallé de trouver le véritable détente en plein air. Allumez le foyer à gaz et se glisser dans le bain à remous privé de six personnes pour vraiment profiter de la vue sur la montagne. Après le trempage, faire un dîner sur le gril à gaz pour continuer votre grande soirée en plein air. L'établissement propose également un accès Wi-Fi dans toute la maison et un garage pour deux voitures chauffée avec une entrée supplémentaire de deux véhicules. Faites la lessive pendant votre séjour dans la laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal dans la buanderie / vestiaire.

This property was great! Spacious enough for our family. Located just 10 minties from downtown Breckenridge and Frisco. Communication was great and we had a great time!

2025 winter family trip

Overall it was ok. The hot tub which was a main feature we needed and we used as a filter to search properties, was not usable until the last night we were there so that was really disappointing. The garage access door wouldn’t lock so that left a few in our group a little worried about security.

Loved the location. Was perfect for our group of 5 girls. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views! We also loved the steamer shower and the heated floors, such a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Ski Vacation

This wonderful condo was perfect for my adult family for a ski vacation. The place was clean, convenient and roomy for 6 adults. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, ample pillows and blankets, to humidifiers. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing and was clean, hot and ready and to use. The 2 car garage was nice to park in and get vehicles out of the cold and snow. It is perfectly located just outside of Breckenridge that you get out of the busyness of the heart of town yet close enough to the slopes and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was great. Eivy was so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Trip to Breckenridge

This house is gorgeous, very clean and the perfect layout for a large family. We had so much space and really enjoyed our time here. The house is located just slightly outside of Breck (maybe 4 miles) and is the perfect distance. We rented a car, but did take the shuttle one day (which picks you up 0.2 miles from the house) and drops you off at the gondola downtown. So convenient. You will NOT be disappointed with this house. We plan to come back and stay at the exact location again in the future.

Gorgeous home, great stay!

Two moms and four adult kids had a wonderful 6-night stay at this mountain home. It is beautiful, with soaring beams and ceilings, tasteful decor, great big hot tub, gas fireplaces, comfy beds and linens, lots of spaces to kick back and have a drink or read a book. Quiet neighborhood with a protected wildlife area behind it so no buildings. Saw a Grey Heron that roosts behind the home! A short walk down the road gets you to the Breck Free Ride shuttle service Green Line that comes to the Shores neighborhood at :29 and :59 after the hour and runs from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Take it right to the Breck gondola base. Picks up at the base at :45 and :15 for return trips. So convenient!

Great stay, beautiful property

We all enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and while we didn’t get much fresh powder we did enjoy every day on the mountain. After skiing all day the hot tub and steam room felt great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cookware in the property and it took a full 24 hours to heat the property. It was 63 in the house when we arrived at 7pm and it didn’t get to 70 until after we arrived back from skiing the next day. The cookware needs replaced! Too nice of a property to have that experience. Nevertheless, we enjoyed are stay and would recommend this property

Needs Some Love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property Management service is fantastic. Easy check in and check out procedures, seamless. Great location--super easy access to Frisco and Breckenridge as well as Copper Mountain. Steam room shower is amazing, great hot tub. Also loved having access to 2 garage spaces. However, our take was that the owners don't appear to be too interested in making this property top notch. Furniture, bedding, carpet, appliances, etc. are dated, not very functional, dirty and/or not inviting. Dishwasher leaked on the floor every time we used it, Fridge appears to leak on wood floors that are warped underneath it. Carpet is old/worn and/or appears dirty throughout, pots/pans are, um, well-used, and the TVs are small, super old and don't stream [in a time when you can buy a 75" SmartTV from Walmart for $600.] Leather couch cushions flop off the couch when they are supposed to stay on with Velcro(?), we found somebody's hair in the sheets of 2 of the beds, etc. These are clearly first-world problems, but for the cost of the property [and relative to many other options we've rented in the area], it was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing. Wouldn't take much to make this a really stellar place to stay, but wouldn't recommend it based on our experience.

Cozy and Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Usually pictures are better than the real thing. However, that is not the case for this gorgeous townhome. It is much better in person. Cozy, quit and unique. We wanted to extend our stay however it was booked. Management is really professional and ensures you are always taken care of. Kitchen is fully equipped with slow cooker, coffee maker, plates, utensils etc. Some cooking pans are older, but they still do the job. Dinning table fits 7 people and the fireplace in the living room warm up very well. The rooms have plenty of blankets. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. It isn't a secluded townhome in the woods. There are lots of townhomes around it and a hotel near by. But it is VERY quit that you won't even notice it with the beautiful mountain view. Can't wait to be back!

Gorgeous view out back.

The river in the back yard was amazing to walk down to everyday . The view was scenic and the location being outside the busy area was perfect. The house was very spacious for 3-4 couples. Accommodations were nice. 2 car Garage was bonus for our motorcycles. You will not be disappointed here!
