You’ll love this cool getaway in Breck’s Historic District! It’s loaded with old-school charm and plenty of modern updates. Main Street Breckenridge (and a free shuttle stop to the slopes) is just a block away, as well as a grocery store and liquor store; talk about convenience. And with a shared hot tub on the property, this place will be a hit with your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe home is perfect for families or groups of up to six — and because both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and full mountain meals. There’s seating for five at the kitchen counter.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Luxury, and professionalism collide in one rental experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Excellent week of skiing and relaxing

Beautiful town, excellent location. Quaint property, perfect for 4 people, would be a little tight for any more than that. Really enjoyed the stay, proximity to restaurants and general store was excellent. Short walk to ski lifts, in fairness the base of Peak 9 can be a long wait so best to head out early and skip the que.

awesome location, cozy home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our first trip to colorado, this home was super cozy & so close to all the shops/restaurants! it’s located in a nice quiet area too! we loved that everything was walking distance from the home. check in/check out process was super easy. would definitely stay here again on my next visit to colorado!

Beautiful, charming house in a fantastic location!

We loved staying at the Ridge St. Chalet… it sounded too good to be true, but in truth it was even better than expected. Beautifully decorated, 2 comfortable king beds with their own bathroom… I didn’t expect the abundance of plush hotel quality towels but sure appreciated them. We could not have been more comfortable. A short walk to downtown and the ski area. Great restaurants nearby, and I have to add, that the icing on the cake was being able to walk across the street for an apres ski massage. Thank you for a perfect vacation!
