Luxury 2 bedroom Villa with a Large Yard, Pool Access located less than 10 minutes to the Beach. This Villa is a perfect 10 out of 10!

If you are looking for a family beach rental that offers more than the traditional high-rise condo experience, then you have found the right listing. This is an end unit villa that opens to a private courtyard, is attached to a large flat front yard and has an enclosed 13' x 23' patio with access to a community pool. The beach can be walked to in less than .4 miles all within a safe inviting neighborhood

After a long day at the beach or enjoying Barefoot Landing (4 miles away) or golfing at one of the many local golf courses (two within 2 miles), spread out in this spacious elegant atmosphere. The renters have full access to the front yard where kids run around - people play corn hole and practice catching baseballs. There are beautifully decorated sleeping quarters, dining area, chef's kitchen (fully stocked), living room with large TV and electric fireplace. Full size washer and dryer as well. The patio has dining, seating area with lounge chairs and grill. The community pool is also a favorite spot with new pavers and furniture, not to mention the courtyard shared with only one other unit. This is what beach vacations are all about!!

This unit (A-1) and the one connected to it by a private courtyard are both 100% new on the inside - they are offered by the same owner and if both are rented together they can host groups up to 14 people. This 2 bedroom unit(A-1) unit sleeps 6 and the adjacent unit ( A-4) sleeps 8. (Vrbo 2790865) and can be rented with A-1 (Vrbo 3293193)

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with 1100 sq. feet inside and a 300 sq. foot enclosed patio outside. It has 2 dedicated parking spaces. The golf cart rental business is one mile away and carts can be driven from the rental business directly to the condo. Motorcycles are allowed at this property.

The interior is modern and very well decorated with a coastal vibe.

The home DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING NOR PETS and HOUSE PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! WE DO NOT ALLOW CHAPERONED GROUPS OF ANY KIND AND IF RENTING TO A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS THEN ALL PERSONS IN THAT GROUP MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Dream Vacation in North Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved everything about this rental. It was beautifully decorated in accordance to the beach and ocean theme, in addition to being very well maintained (no bed bugs or cockroaches). This safe and welcoming community provided us with a pleasant 10 minute walk from the beach. The community swimming pool was a great bonus! The water was warm compared to other pools we have been to. Overall, we would highly recommend!

Clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The place was well appointed with everything we needed, including various kitchen and bath supplies. It was helpful to have the beach wagon and sand toys as well. Checkin and out was easy and the one issue we had with a smoke detector needing replaced was handled seamlessly without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice place within walking distance to the beach

The property was clean and modern. The appliances were very new and in good working order. It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available for the unit as well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well decorated. Large tv with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Has a grill on the patio. Kitchen well equipped. Nice washer and dryer. It’s advertised has walk to beach. It can be walked but you better be in good condition especially if you have to carry anything. Take your walking shoes. We drove to the public beach access parking. Only problem is it’s $3 per hour to park. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
