Summary:
Enjoy our 2BR/1BA DIRECT Marsh View spacious condo, at Sea Watch Inn at the Landing. This condo has a fresh casual beach vibe. Screened in private balcony for your enjoyment. Super clean with great amenities. New granite counters, kitchen remodeled and new furniture. New bedding and great tub/shower combo. Enjoy the pool and hot tub with it's also amazing views.
We provide 4 beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella, and sand toys for all of our guests.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, closet, a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable access along with a private entrance into the bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway.
Our second bedroom features a full bed, bedroom table, mounted flat screen tv and closet.
LIVING AREA
The living room has a sofa, chair, coffee table, side table, buffet table, flat screen TV with cable access mounted on the wall. Enjoy your STUNNING views overlooking the inlet marsh from the private screened in balcony off the living room.
KITCHEN
Our NEWLY UPDATED FULL-SIZE kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being at the beach without having to leave for dinner.
When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 2 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee our private screened in balcony with access from the living room. Complete with plenty of seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap per bathroom & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENTITIES:
Golf Carts are allowed.

- BBQ Grills
- Fishing Dock
- Sun Loungers
- Table & chairs with umbrellas on the sundeck.
- Ice Machine (located downstairs in the breezeway)
- We recommend bringing beach towels.

Entire condo and Resort Amenities.
Key-pad for door code for easy self-check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
PARKING:
You are allowed one parking spots, parking pass need will be obtained from the office on arrival. If it is after hours please obtain the following am. The parking pass MUST be visible in your vehicle at all times or you will be TOWED!!
The Neighborhood:
Seawatch Inn At The Landing is centrally located in Garden City, South Carolina. Our condo is located on the same street as the Garden City Pier, great restaurants, ice cream shops, and arcade. The Garden City Pier has great nightly music during the summer months. Bring your fishing pole for your use at the fishing dock just for our Sea Watch Guests.

Car, Walking, Taxi, Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana inside the condo at any time. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in an additional $200.00 fine.
- NO PETS: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is STRICTLY ENFORCED!
- Events/Large groups: NO more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit and will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
- YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home--
- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be REMOVED from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early. Checkout is 10:00 am. You will be charged $35.00 for late checkouts!
- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Trash and Dishes MUST be taken care of on departure! DO NOT LEAVE TRASH outside of the unit - There is a trash dumpster provided in the parking lot.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
