1/4 mile au nord de la jetée Garden City, Arcade, Sam's Corner et Causeway Bar and Grill.
Seulement 10 miles de Myrtle Beach.
Aussi à proximité de Murrells Inlet avec beaucoup de grands restaurants de bord de mer et des activités pour toute la famille à apprécier.

Les clients sont assurés de passer des vacances mémorables dans cette résidence 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain, entièrement meublée. La chambre a un lit queen-size et le salon a un divan-lit pliant. Il y a une cuisine complète. La propriété est à quelques minutes de toutes les meilleures attractions et les clients sont certains de vivre une véritable expérience. Nous sommes à environ 5 pâtés de maisons au nord de la jetée de Garden City et à seulement 16 km de Myrtle Beach.

Great Stay Right Across From the Beach!

The unit was spacious and clean and easy to find. Tiffani was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. We did have to bring our linens or get an additional charge. Beach access is right across the street and very convenient.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was larger than I thought it would be. It was conveniently on the first floor and had an unexpected ocean view. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Vacation 2023

This is out second year staying in this condo. It's in a great location for shopping and for dining out. The beach is an easy, close walk away. The unit is clean and the mattress very comfortable. We will stay here again if it is available.

Perfect Location

Looking for a specific location in Garden City and this was perfect. Great beach access, close to pier and Restaurant Row. Owner was so nice and helpful. Property clean, cool and very cute. Great mattress!

Excellent all the way around!

Tiffani is an excellent owner! Fantastic communiction, and she had to go out of her way to help us with some technical issues with the app, and did so with no hesitation! The condo was very clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools to cook or bake just about anything. I would say one thing, perhaps a few basic spices in the cabinet might be a nice add. Other than that, everything was there. Just add your groceries for the week! The beach is about 300 yards away when walking. There is a nice little deck on the unit that is good for 2 people. We would happily stay again!

First Family Vacation

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. This unit was the perfect size for us, also the first floor location was GREAT since we have a toddler! The condo was clean, organized and lovely. The pool was a nice size and also very clean! The location was PERFECT; literally cross the street and you were on the beach! Very quick drive to the Marsh Walk of Murrell's Inlet & less than a 30 minute drive to the bigger attractions like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlets. Tiffani went above and beyond in her communications with us and it is evident that she takes great pride in making sure you enjoy your stay! Honestly, I can't say enough great things about her and the condo! Only downfall was that parking is tight, and the lines on the spaces are difficult to see.

Amazing vacation!

I have nothing negative to say about the VRBO we stayed in. The owner was so responsive and helpful. As soon as we walked in I could tell that the cleaner took pride in their work. It smelled good in there and it was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for easy beach access and walks down to the pier to hear the bands and go fishing. The decor is simple and beautifully done. The locals that live at Whispering Sands were very nice as well. I can tell the owner Tiffani takes pride in her condo and doesn't take the "cheap way out" when it comes to cleaning and repairs. Everything worked perfectly. And everything she said would be there was there, such as the keys, the parking passes, working wifi, smart tv with apps, etc. Sadly our friends ended up renting room 204 in the B building with Joanne. Their experience was the exact opposite of ours. They walked in and it was filthy, out dated, leaking roof, filthy mattresses, no parking passes, no effort from the owner to make it a good experience. We paid the same amount and got two very different experiences. Some of the "locals" knew a lot of the issues with that unit, and they knew the owner of our room, and they had nothing but great things to say about Tiffani and felt sorry for our friends staying in Joannes room. Reviews are really important and I think everyone needs to know that you need to stay in Tiffani's rooms and stay far away from Joanne's rooms. Thank you Tiffani for an AMAZING vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay in Garden City, SC

The condo was clean, spacious and cutely decorated. It was right across the road from the beach, which was a huge plus. The parking lot is a little awkward, as the spaces are small. Overall I highly recommended this property.

Cute and affordable condo!

This condo was described exactly as posted. Very clean and you could see a piece of the ocean from the balcony! Very quiet during our stay! The only downfall would be about 12 steps to get to the first floor. Only hard when you’re carrying a lot of things or if you have a bad knee like myself! But I knew this when I rented it and decided to be a trooper because I knew it was going to be clean and that’s most important for me! And the other negative would be the carpet in the living room and the bedroom smelled a bit. But that’s what carpet does at beaches. It would be great if laminate was put in! Cute Pool, Great kitchen supplies And easy check in!

Great condo!!

This property was very clean, well maintained, cozy, beautiful view of the ocean even from first floor balcony. Great parking and amenities. Everything is within waking distance or maybe a shirt car ride. Will definitely be back from Tennessee.
