L'emplacement est tout sur le Grand Strand! Cet adorable condo de 3e rangée avec vue sur la mer se trouve à quelques minutes de la plage et à deux pas de la fabuleuse jetée de Garden City, où vous pourrez aller pêcher ou assister à des spectacles. L'amusement en famille abonde en pistes de karting, arcades, restaurants et magasins au coin de la rue. Le balcon avec moustiquaire donne sur le marais et constitue l'endroit idéal pour savourer votre café du matin pendant que les hérons jouent ou pour vous détendre avec un verre de vin pendant le coucher du soleil.
Cette location bénéficie de toutes les commodités de la maison avec une cuisine bien équipée, une connexion Wi-Fi, une laveuse et une sécheuse, des serviettes de plage et des jeux de société pour votre plaisir. Nous voulons rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible.

Another 5-Star Spring Break!

This was our third year staying in this condo for Spring Break! As always, our host was just a text away - not that we needed anything, the place is always prepared nicely for our family of 4! The location is perfect with everything within walking distance - the beach, the pier, and the arcade & ice cream shop! We love it!!

Another enjoyable stay

The June stay was so enjoyable, my family wanted to come back for another visit in Garden City and stayed here for a 2nd time this year. It's clean, comfortable, and the location is great with a nice view from the back porch and the close proximity to the pier. The host is super responsive.

Great place! 💯

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. It was a short 2 min walk to the beach and still right beside great lunch spots/pier and ice cream/arcade. The deck looking over the MarshWalk was beautiful and great for bird watching. Host was in constant contact and made sure we got everything we needed! When traveling with 3 children, simplicity is key. The hosts made that happen and more. We also enjoyed having a pool to hangout when we needed a quick cool off. Highly recommend garden city/Murrells inlet area and this VRBO property

Our family vacation

Overall the property was well equipped, clean, and in a good location. My daughter's really enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony watching the birds in the marsh. Would definitely use again and do recommend.

Much enjoyed vacation and location

This condo was booked to spend time with my father who was visiting from out of state. He and his friend told me many times during their stay that this was the best vacation. Their only regret was that they had to leave today. The owner/host was very quick to respond and send information to make the process smooth and easy from start to finish. She was available but not at all instrusive. We felt welcome and as though this was a home away from home. The condo was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. The screened porch overlooking the marsh is even more welcoming than the picture conveys. Several hours each day were spent relaxing on the beach that is in very close proximity to the condo. My visiting family liked the fact that it was not overcrowded on this section of the beach during their stay. We absolutely loved spending evenings at the Garden City Pier together, also within very close walking distance. Each night we were there, they had 2 bands, 2 bars, and a really nice atmosphere. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area. Pretty short drive to the Carolina Opry show we attended one evening but plenty of things to do within walking distance. Very positive experience and much enjoyed time spent with family.

Wonderful!

Great condo and ideal location! Pool was awesome for kids. 2nd bedroom is small but you can make it work. We will stay again if we come back to surf side.

Wonderful beach getaway

This is our second year staying here and will likely be back next year! Owner is so nice, responds quickly, and provides you with everything you need: paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, towels, blankets, pillows, pots/pans, etc. The view of the marsh is pretty and relaxing on the screened in porch. Short walk to the beach, great pool, friendly residents, minimal noise, easy parking. They updated the bathroom to a shower, new vanity and floor, looks great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the place is clean. Love it here!

Perfect location

We were very pleased overall with our stay here! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and overlooking the marsh. Only two downsides were that golf carts are not allowed and no elevator. Rachel was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was so cute and clean. We especially loved the screened in balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely come back in the future!

Vacation family of 5

We had a wonderful 5 night stay June/July 23! We fit comfortably with 2 adults and 3 kids (7,9,11). We rented a golf from next door and they allowed us to park it in their lot since the condo doesn't allow golf cart parking. We loved every minute of our stay! Place is exactly how it's advertised! The back screened in area is wonderful! First floor (one set of stairs since the place is on stilts) is a plus too!

This place is GREAT

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this location and we will do it again! They have made updates to the place since the last stay, they were a great addition to the condo. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and pier. There is a beautiful view of the marsh right outside the back doors from the screened in patio. Rachel and Jerry are the best VRBO owners that I have ever encountered, quick to help and extremely kind. Words don’t begin to describe how wonderful our stay was because of them. If visiting Garden City, THIS is the place to stay!

First trip to the Garden City

Unit was very neat and upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed. Although with all the restaurants in the area you won't want to cook much. Owners were great to work with and very responsive.

Perfect in every way!

Location, size, cleanliness, quietness, all the things you need for a relaxing vacation, you’ll find it here! My husband, myself, and our two kiddos (age 6 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go - beach, pier, arcade, shops - all within a block! I fell in love with the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Coffee out there every morning was a must! The host is always just a text away and is super nice and helpful if a need arises! We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable Retreat

The location can't be beat. The balcony overlooks a peaceful marsh with plenty of bird activity. It is a very short walk to the ocean and a longer walk or short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and Rachel was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Getaway

The condo was clean and comfortable. Exactly as described and pictured. It was quiet and peaceful. The deck overlooking the marsh was gorgeous, especially at sunset. Close to restaurants and the beach. Rachel was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go after Ian hit a week earlier. I would recommend this property to everyone.

The pictures and description of the condo was accurate and represented what we experienced. The location was amazing and Rachel was incredibly helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she answered our call and got us back in immediately.

Great last minute spot. Clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. Close to the beach and reserved parking. Not to many places close for food but plenty within a short drive. Fantastic host .

Best of both worlds-Short walk to the beach & beautiful marsh sunsets

We had wonderful & prompt communication with the property owners before, during and after our stay. They provided outstanding recommendations for our family that we all enjoyed. The location is great, one short block from the beach. The property was very clean and the laundry in unit was a plus! The Causeway was a great restaurant and walkable from the property. The Village Surf Shop was a quick drive up Atlantic! We enjoyed sunsets on the porch listening to the wildlife in the marsh. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of storage for us to unpack and make ourselves at home. Parking worked out great, plenty of covered parking spots available. The first floor property was also a plus with a covered stairwell. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

My family has vacationed in Garden City for years and we are completely in love with the area. This is hands down the best beach on the Grand Strand and we wanted a family friendly place to bring out children for vacation.

This property boasts central location to everything that is Garden City. Ocean view from the front door and fabulous marsh front balcony gives us the best of both worlds. The pier, restaurants, golf cart rental and shopping are right around the corner within walking distance.
