Situated in desirable Marais, a short walk away from place des Vosges, rue Saint-Antoine and rue de Bretagne, this apartment offers a very flexible floorplan.
Located at Rue Malher in paris 3rd arr on the 1st floor without elevator.
Enter through a corridor which leads; to the right to the two bedrooms and to the living / dining room, and on the left to the separate toilet, to the bathroom and, at on the end, to the kitchen. The overall style of this Chic rental for a visit to Paris, inspired by Scandinavia, exudes a sober opulence.
In the first double room, subtle photographs of black and white flowers surround a bold mirror with three-dimensional wooden marquetry frame. The spacious bed with its majestsic headboard is an invitation to rest. The blond and white wood tones of the night tables and frames on the walls match the contemporary design of the ensemble.
In the second double room, in almond green tones, the decoration is more eclectic but retains its dominant cozy. A reproduction of a painting by Fernando Botero adds a touch of grace and humor. In the corner, a beautiful brown marble fireplace hosts two bird statuettes.
In front of this room, the kitchen is resolutely the choice of the Scandinavian chic: thick wooden glossy countertop, square clock with rounded corners, beautiful brushed steel handles, time is at a confortable solidity.
At the end of this corridor, one accesses the living room of this Chic rental for a visit to Paris, along with its dining area. On either side of the white gray marble mantelpiece, we can admire a reproduction of a portrait of Modigliani and a large picture with beautiful gradations of blue, green and red.
The details have not been forgotten: the horizontal lines of the backs of the white metal chairs in the dining room echo the drawer shelves of the TV cabinet and the cushions sown here and there on the armchairs and the sofa, casual luxury. Above the sofa are three prints of the famous ferns in black and white by Karl Blossfeldt.

The Marais covers most of the 3rd arrondissement and half of the 4th. It stretches northwards from the right bank of the Seine, across the wide and elegant rue Saint-Antoine and rue de Rivoli and into the narrower streets that lead to Arts et Métiers and République. It’s here you will find the newly reopened Musée Picasso. Going westwards the Marais takes in rue de Beaubourg and adjoins the popular Centre Pompidou. Eastwards it stretches to the boulevards Henry-IV and Beaumarchais, and place de la Bastille, home to the hulking Opéra Bastille.
