Charmant 3 pièces idéalement situé en plein Centre de Paris, au coeur du fameux quartier piéton et très commerçant de Montorgueil.

Appartement de standing avec parquet en bois massif et cheminée en marbre, 1 grand salon donnant sur une cour très calme, 2 Chambres, 2 Salles des Bain et 2 Toilettes. La cuisine est équipée. Entièrement rénové et meublé, spacieux et très confortable. La literie est neuve et d'excellente qualité. Profitez à la fois du charme de l'ancien et de prestations modernes.

À quelques mètres des commerces alimentaires, restaurants et terrasses de café, boutiques et boulangeries.. Sa localisation centrale est parfaite pour se promener, découvrir et circuler dans la capitale. Ainsi rejoignez à pied le musée du Louvre, l'église Notre-Dame, Beaubourg et le Centre Pompidou, le quartier du Marais, l'Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet et les quais de Seine, les Halles ou l'Opéra Garnier..

Pour le shopping, vous trouverez des boutiques de luxe près de la Place des Victoires ou bien dans le quartier de l'Opéra Garnier : le Printemps et les Galeries Lafayette notamment. Séjour 5 étoiles

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé près de la rue des petits carreaux où nous retrouvons tous les services, restaurants, traiteurs, épicerie...De plus, le métro est au coin de la rue. C'est la 2 e fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits.

Great location and great building. Amazing Views.

Well equipped, close proximity to major amenities and a wonderful host helps to make this journey a wonderful one. Location was ideal. Having the luxury of waking up to the Louvre, L’ile de la Cité, Eglise Notre Dame, Pont des Arts or Le Marais.. The area has everything one needs - shopping, food, great local brasseries, cafe's & restaurants, metros, pharmacies. I stumbled upon a bakery down the street that had the most amazing baguette and croissant! Amazing views to the roofs of the City. Great space and light and airy too. Lovely little touches too such as filter coffee left, bottle of red wine & wide choice of tea. Very comfortable and wifi worked great. The flat was clean and as listed. Laurent gave me very specific instructions on how to get from the airport to the accommodation using public transit. He was the perfect host and communication was excellent before and throughout. I would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

This apartment was the highlight of our European holiday from New Zealand. The apartment was very clean with modern and very stylish interior that took full advantage of the space. It had a fully fitted modern kitchen and two very modern showers. There was also a smart TV and fantastic Internet. The best thing about the apartment however was the location. This apartment is right in the middle in walking distance to most of the major sights and also close to very good shopping. There were at least 2 supermarkets in a five minute radius but the best was the pedestrian only area about 1 minute walk away were you could buy all of your food from local producers and there were many restaurants and cafes. The metro is also a minute walk away. I couldn't recommend this apartment more and we will certainly hope to book it again when we are next in France and have recommended it to our friends without reservation. The lady that met us promptly on our arrival was lovely as were the neighbours that we met. Thank you Laurent for advertising your beautiful city so well, you should be proud of the experience you provide for visitors to Paris.

Superbe appartement

L'appartement rue Réaumur était très bien situé à 2 pas de la rue Montorgueil qui regorge de cafés et traiteurs et autres services qui facilitent notre séjour. On peut marcher facilement jusqu'au Louvre, vers le quartier du Marais. Les métros sont presqu à la porte. L'endroit est bien insonorisé . L'appartement est très confortable avec ses 2 chambres et 2 SDB. La location était très propre et tout est neuf et bien entretenu. Laurent, le proprio est super sympathique .nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 semaines à cet appartement.

Einfach traumhaft!

Super Lage! 5min. zu Fuß von Châtelet-Les Halles, dem Knotenpunkt vieler Metro-Linien. Gleich neben der Rue Montorgueil, der Einkaufsstraße mit den vielen kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Unser Abendessen haben wir immer dort besorgt. Ruhig gelegen im 2.Obergeschoss. Alle Räume großzügig und ansprechend geschnitten. Besonders die zwei separaten moderne Schlaf/Bad-Einheiten haben uns begeistert. Zwei Paare haben hier je ihre Privatsphäre. Und selbst die große Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer bietet optimalen Liegekomfort für zwei weitere Bewohner. Insgesamt Platz für 6 Erwachsene (Wir waren hier drei Generationen - die Kinder Teenager). Alles war sehr sauber! Laurent, der Vermieter bemüht sich sehr, ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut organisiert. Alles einfach traumhaft! Merci Laurent!

Wonderful stay near Rue Montorgueil

We had a very nice week, staying at the Rue Reaumur apartment. It is very close to the Sentier Metro stop which is less than 100m away, and also half a block from Rue Montorgueil which was our main reason for choosing this location. The mostly pedestrian street is bustling with people visiting the various boulangerie's, butcher shops, fruit markets, etc.. It was nice to wake up and pick up a fresh baguette and croissant from Paul or Eric Kayser, and then walk a little further for some cheese, jambon, etc every morning for breakfast. The neighborhood felt very safe day and night and my wife felt very comfortable walking alone at all times. That being said, don't expect an upper-class neighborhood like the ones around Champs-Elysees. To enter the apartment building you must pass through 2 doors which are locked in the evenings with a code to enter. At check-in, we were met by a very nice gentleman who helped us with our luggage and explained how things worked (heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer). The apartment is 3 flights of stairs up (no elevator). It's newly remodeled and very clean with double-paned glass windows to keep the street noise out. The living room and one of the bedrooms face a quiet courtyard. This bedroom has a washer/dryer in one. We made the mistake of running a load during the evening and in total it probably took 3-4 hours and the noise kept us up for a bit so keep that in mind. The apartment has all the basic appliances: toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board. The pantry had a few basic ingredients to cook with but you may need to run across the street to the monoprix and pick up some things to cook with, coffee, etc.. There's also a DVD player but the 2 Dvd's (from the U.S.) we brought would not work on it. (We also had this problem in 2 other apartments during our Europe trip so it has to do with the regional dvd codes I believe). There is also a landline phone which I believe you can use to call u.s. landlines for free but we never tried. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. Laurent was extremely communicative and helpful from the moment I contacted him all the way through our stay which was wonderful.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment... Merci !

This apartment is perfect in terms of value and location. It is close to the metro, bakeries, groceries, and very parisian shops, etc. We also found a very nice selection of coffee bars, food stores and restaurants in this historical neighbourhood, full of life. The apartment was clean, confortable and had everything you need. We have also appreciated the charming interior, well designed, and the quietness in the heart of the city . The apartment is also situated in a walking distance from many of the important attractions in Paris. We were lucky to find this place for our visit and we hope to stay here again when we come back. Laurent : Thank you so much for your warm welcome and for your suggestions and directions. The restaurants were fantastic and we were able to walk all over the city. It was wonderful !

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

This was our fourth trip to Paris. This time, we have spent 6 days and this apartment was the best choice we ever made. We had a such fantastic time. The location is fabulous: so close to a Metro station and very walkable. The neighborhood is great, with nice proximity to all the specialty shops you expect… everything at 1 minute walk : groceries, cheese and fruits stores, bakeries, wine store etc.. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious for Paris. It is also very quiet, which was important for us coming back to the apartment after a long day of exploring. The windows are terrific and add great light to the room and airflow for sleeping. The large kitchen and the 2 bathrooms are well appointed including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.. The courtyard is charming and very flowery. The owner is extremely nice and really helpful. He gave us suggestion on place to eat, where to get groceries. The important thing : from the apartment, which is central, you can easily walk to so many places! We can recommend this location to everyone.

A perfect Parisian apartment. Perfect location.

What a magical city ! We have had a fabulous time, we loved the apartment its location was excellent and the views amazing. We found the location next to the Metros Sentier and Reaumur Sebastopol so brilliant. We have also walked to most of the attractions, including the Louvre, Le Centre Pompidou and Notre Dame. This apartment in the Montorgueil neighborhood is located close to supermarkets, bakeries, shops and cafes. We always enjoy this area and would definitely plan on returning to this location. We found wonderful typical restaurants and brasseries. In the press book, excellent information about this local area was appreciated and it was great to be able to pop out for anything anytime. The communication has been excellent since we enquired about the apartment and everything was as described. It was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. Very quiet at night for a good night sleep. A very beautiful way to live Paris as a "guest".

What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.

Lovely apartment in a GREAT location/neighborhood. Good combination of being close to Paris tourist attractions but it a vibrant Paris neighborhood. Living room, dining room and bedrooms well furnished and comfortable. Unit clean.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. To make it great we think some attention to detail required: could not get all the wall heater units to work (even asking how). One of the bathroom faucets was loose (functional but should have been fixed). Several of the coffe mugs had chips (why not review and replace?) Overall a very good experience!

We could never figure out how to get hot water in one of the showers despite getting instructions from the host. However, we made do sharing one shower. I only reached out the one time, so this is not a complaint, more of a comment. The only real complaint we had was regarding the laundry facilities. We packed sort of ‘light’ for our week-long trip due to having laundry facilities in the unit. The machine can only be used during the day, when we were out exploring Paris, and the machine doesn’t fully dry clothes. Luckily with the dining room chairs close by we had plenty of places to hang clothes for drying overnight. This was inconvenient but certainly didn’t ruin our trip.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much for our one week visit to Paris. The neighborhood is perfect-lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Close to Metro to conveniently access all of the sites. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for the three of us (and lots of closet space to hang up our outfits). Also plenty of mirrors for getting ready. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfortable for you to get rest after exploring Paris all day

Just Around the corner

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location around the corner from a quaint, mostly pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bakeries, and produce stands made our stay interesting, comfortable and easy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the stay would be very comfortable for families or two couples. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own simple meals.

Laurent was a fabulous host. He was attentive and answered my many questions that I sent along to him and provided helpful suggestions for public transit vs taxi, etc.….thank you Laurent :)Laurent provided an information binder with restaurant recommendations as well as things to do etc. and it was very helpful. The space was clean and spacious and featured two washrooms which was an added bonus - perfect for four girlfriends. It had huge bright windows in the living area which was perfect for relaxing and catching up after our daily excursions. The kitchen was fully equipped as well which was very useful. The neighbourhood was fabulous with endless cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was also very close to public transit. July in Paris was very hot. The unit had a few floor fans which definitely helped keep things comfortable but a window A/C unit or ceiling fans would have been even better as it did get very warm especially for sleeping. This would not be an issue in other seasons. However, during the July heatwave, it would have been appreciated.The unit is on the 3rd floor so there are stairs to take to access the apartment (no elevator). Those who are less mobile or who may be travelling with a lot of luggage may want to plan accordingly.Overall, we truly enjoyed this VRBO and would recommend it to friends and family!

Vacation in Paris

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby and metro a short walk. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The apartment was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the train stations for ease of getting around Paris. The apartment worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again!
