The home is a quiet 2-level town home with the bedrooms all located in the upper level. It has a garage and extra guest parking spaces available for the neighborhood.

All the TVs are Smart TVs or have Roku so you can sign in to stream Hulu, Netflix, etc.

The kitchen should be stocked with anything you may need including a Nespresso Machine, Keurig, coffee pot, Crockpot, Rice Cooker, Stand Mixer, Air Fryer, Ninja blender and all the regular pots, pans or utensils you should need to bake or cook.

There should be plenty of bedding on the beds and in the closet along with an air mattress and travel pack-n-play. The sectional couch can also be converted into a sleeping space, if preferred.

The bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. Feel free to use the washer and dryer also.

For your pets, we ask that you keep your furry family members downstairs if you are not home or if they are unsupervised. It is easier to clean up any accidents on the floor downstairs than the carpeted areas upstairs. There are baby gates that can be used in front of the stairs to make it easier which are in the utility room next to the kitchen & bathroom. If you need a dog kennel for any reason, there is a small and large dog kennel located in the garage that you may use.
